Ji won's character is realistic her reaction to things is normal and real...she just came back from a future where she was betrayed by the two people she put her entire trust in.....she has trust issues and traumas and she has been gas lit most of her life...now she has this new chance to life where she wants to become more self conscious, self awareness and self independent....in addition to changing her shitty fate......she's slowly learning and growing and becoming more courageous....and brave you don't turn into a whole new person overnight and I appreciate the realistic character growth her character is experiencing...it might come off as slow and boring for some but it's only plausible that way...... atleast in my opinion her character is being developed nicely.
she's still very weak, I don't see her succeeding on her own, she doesn't have the desire for revenge... the writer…
She doesn't have the desire for revenge she has the desire to change her fate( which is sort of revenge but not the explosive kind)...and that's something she's not going to rush into because her fate is connected to her some how....you don't just mess with what's going to happen in a specific timeline and that's why it's only clever for her to take time and think things through......
As for being brave...Iam not sure what kind of brave person she needs to be but in comparison....to the first episodes we saw he she's improving with time and becoming stronger.
Her saying she wanted to do things alone was her trying to divert from what she calls so mins personality of asking for help rather than taking the hard road..she simply doesn't want to be like her so she's taking the hard road instead.....and Iam sure as time goes by she will learn to work with people because for now Iam sure she has trust issues which as plausible because of what her husband and best friend did to her
So Ji wons dad literally gave his daughter a handsome tall rich man who is crazily in love with her and is willing to do anything for her as allowance....π He's so real for that
Why not feeling chemistry between the leads.. π
Maybe you define chemistry differently because these two literally have amazing and natural chemistry....plus the tension especially in today's episode....π their conversations together are natural..the laughter is genuine....come on!!!
But as I said maybe you define chemistry differently
A beautiful and heartwarming journey with relatable and flawed characters... friendship and family...second chance romance and many more...this drama has been such a comfort and Iam glad the ratings are staring to reflect its actual potential.
I have to agree it's not really every ones type of series but once it meets it audience then it's worth is realised
Thank you for the heartwarming and heartwrenching weekends..I laughed I cried I got angry and being this emotionally invested in a drama only means that I loved it.
Thanks to the actors and actresses for delivering amazing acting....it will be missed.ππ
Just finished all the ten episodes and now I need more......so my question is why is no one talking about this drama..Iam pretty sure if it were a kdrama considering how much people are a fun of this genre then it would have been shown some love...like it's true I have seen the concept time and time again but it's still doing so well withe consistency and the pacing...and the balance of humour and intensity....plus can some one talk about sun Qian and Miles Wei 's chemistry....they have got that tension...it's not a Romantic drama but damnnnn
Either way I can't wait for more episodes and I hope it keeps being this good.....π
I like that Jiwon's character takes time to develop courage for her revenge because it makes so much sense in…
I love how realistic character development is as well..she is growing and becoming stronger as she plots her revenge which she is going to do in a smart yet calm way........
- Ji Hyuk reassuring Jiwon that regardless of his feelings....he won't do anything untill she says so herself.... - The judo scene - Ji Hyuk giving a stern warning to the shitty ex husband -My girl Jiwon taking down that mean old boss in the most smart yet calm way. - Then finally like most comments have said already...the BTS scene that helped both of them realise that they are from the future....it was unexpected but fitting.
it's like a worse version of perfect marriage revenge. where the FL is wishy washy even in her second life. outside…
Personally love her character development more than the female lead of PMR though I don't really see the need to make comparisons....I love that the female leads growth as a character is more natural and realistic and is happening a step at a time rather than abrupt and forced...... It's a new experience and so I don't think she can just become a whole new person all over a sudden.....she's slowly becoming more outspoken and confident....
The reality of this drama is the fact that toxic friends like Soomin actually exist in real life and they are many...while Sweet loving and dependable friends like Hee Yeon exist but they are rare or hard to find .....SAD!!!!π
In her previous life( I'll call it that) she had a shitty mother in law, a shitty husband and a shitty best friend and now in the second chance at life..she is building new and genuine connections with people..she has a loving and pure friend( Hee Yeon) and a shadow protector( Ji hyeok) let's not forget her surbodinate at work....my girl deserves that and more!!!!!
As for being brave...Iam not sure what kind of brave person she needs to be but in comparison....to the first episodes we saw he she's improving with time and becoming stronger.

Ji won then tells him to try and change his style of dressing and we can see in the preview that he changed....
Ji won tells him that she wants to learn self defence and then he calls his friend over to practice because he wants to teach her.....
Ji hyeok's motto: What Ji won likes Ji won gets!!!!!π Iam not complaining....
