I think he planned the arrest and whoever BM is he tried to use that advantage to get PCH to help him take down the bad guys, if BM exists then he must know all the things people are doing in his name, he must know all there motives but lacks sort of evidence to take them down so he s helping CH

At this point she has to act confident to prove to her enemies that she is confident.. showing your weaknesses can make your enemies drag you down did you want her to wail cry or something it could even be that they found something out and that's why she is being confident

Miho smirking could have been because she finally found something out about the hospital and the mayor..every one smirks at that point they discover something really strange and yes if she knows something then why wouldn't she be confident 😹

I think the paper has something to do with that secret lab and what the hospital does to patients on that floor

Remember when they said PCH was BM they showed us a preview of how it could have all been if he was BM I think they did the same for Mayor Doha but I doubt he is BM maybe he used BM as an excuse to steal the gold bars from Jihoon in order to ruin his chances or succeeding the elder

The guy who strangled Miho could have been Doha's secretary, maybe they thought they could scare her into telling Doha about the paper
