We have a lot of acceptable second female leads. In Secret Garden is Yoon Seul, in Wonderful Life is Lee Chae Yeong. These are just 2 of the ones that came to my mind.

I started watching it after I finished 14 sai no Haha. Though I didn't like 14 sai no haha as a drama, but Haruma Miura caught my eye for the first time. My best drama friend in real life loved it while airing.
So I gave it a shot and really liked it.
