He kind of reminds me of someone, I think maybe Perth Nakkun

I agree about the right to criticise, but shouldn't you at least wait to actually watch some episodes (or at least one!!!) doing so? It doens't seem like people are trying to engage with the show in an honest manner by harshly criticising a show based on a trailer. What it does look like is that people were waiting and jumping at the first opportunity to be negative.

I don't tolerate a lot of horror, and I thought this was ok, only a few scenes were proper scary. I would encourage you to try it.

So this source is reliable? Did they mention whether it was BL or GL? Because if a pairing is speculated to break up it is most likely one that had their show pushed back, and Bake Love Feeling has kind of disappeared from the filming news. The other possibility is the guys from Unlucky Bae, given that their show just flopped (not necessarily their fault of course)

For a long time, GMMTV hasn't aired 2 episodes per week, the first one in a while is Scarlet Heart which is kind of a premium one. Even Perfect10Liners which was a whooping 24 episodes, aired 1 episode per week. So, depending on what you mean by "lately", yes, for the past several years they do 1 e/w, including gmmtv and all bl and gl houses. I've seen that many lakorns do still do 2 e/w, though.

another thing I enjoyed about this series is seeing characters in a work setting actually doing their jobs! and it wasn't just sign this document, make this photocopy. They actually had real work, and real actions to do.

Like, honestly, this show isn't offensively bad in any aspect: it has decent acting, decent production, decent characters, the writing is surprisingly tight. It's a very simple plot but the show sticks to it instead of trying to be a lot more and falling flat on its face. This show is really so soft and cute, it really is very low angst. I really love the main character, she's so funny and adorable, and truly a good person. I really loved how when the mole was discovered she understood the socioeconomic issues behind it, that was a really nice touch, I hoped to see more of in other series!

Anyway, I'm enjoying this a lot, it's not the greatest series ever, but it's a nice one to keep on rotation between watching heavier, more dense shows.

Absolutely, never. I had already decided to watch this show after watching the pilot, pilot, so I wasn't bothered about the ratings. But after watching the series it's like, seriously?? 7.2?? I was expecting it to be cringe acting, low quality, but it's actually good? It's very nice, easy watch I don't understand

Idk I don't think there would be that much backlash people move on faster than you think (except ohmnanon fans). June was replaced by Jaoying in seconds, and started filming right away. The line up event may still be a month away so I wouldn't be surprised to see all these shows back in, but anyway for sure they will not shelf them since they have the rights to the novels already.

Just caught up with this show. How is this 7.2?? You guys are so meannnn

I actually wouldn't be surprised to even see it in the 2027 line up alongside millionaire biker and my professional bf

That's a rather dramatic read of the situation, no? 😅 CPs break up and and are recast all the time Northstar had one GL cp break up while in the middle of shooting a series.

Announcing 36 shows in one go was definitely excessive, but that's just gmmtv flooding the market to get more of the bl/gl pie, an entirely different problem. They've been having a backlog for years now, and it doesn't matter they eventually get everything done. By the end of 2024 only 15 of the announced 28 2024 shows had started airing. All but scarlet heart finish airing by 2025. By the end of 2025 only 10 of the announced 20 2025 shows has started airing. They finished airing all of them by mid 2026.

Now they have aired, filmed or started production on 27 out of a total of 35 shows for 2026 (including the specials for me and thee and enemies with benefits and the newly announced shows for pp and ps, but not counting the cancelled or postponed/recast which I assume will move to the 2027 line up). That's actually not half bad. By the end of this year they'll probably have started work on about 80% of their 2026 line up. That's not half bad actually. The rate they are shooting now they'll likely half full new shows line ups the entire Q1 and Q2 2027.

Beyond that GMMTV has been incredibly successful in the live department. Beyond the success of their Tpop bands, many of their pairings have had sold out fancons, often 2-3 days. That's a lot of money that they're bringing in, which no other company can match in the level of success.

I would hardly consider gmmtv a failing company or 'with issues', it's the opposite, they've been able to monetize the market like no other. I find that worrying in a completely different way.

Since this is adapted from a novel and not an original script it will likely be recast. I wonder if gmmtv will reintroduce the pilots of the shows whose couples split up in the 2027 event 🤔

Shth is airing one one31 I believe, I read something about November 4th? So Saturday might be an option, but it may be for kiss me remember.
All in all I also think that Oxytoxin will come after one of the reruns

most of mdl actors pictures are terrible, but Kapook looks stunning in this one

Phuwin does a lot of work outside GMMTV shows, so it could be something else as well

I also believe that this will be recast and reintroduced in the 2027 lineup.

Copy A Bangkok often makes shows with actors from other companies. Just this year for example made Cherm Chey with tutoryim from domundi, and peach lover with poom while he was at idolfactory.

It is generally very normal for actors to take jobs outside their managing company, although less common for bl and gl pairs because the money is usually not made from the shows but from the money the actors make in brand endorsements, events, fanmeets etc, but still happens. Although in this case it seems also coproduced by NS

This is finally moving
