I'm watching this drama now, in 2025, and I'm thinking that the main problem is basically that it aged like milk. It's giving soooo many 2019 vibes: cinematography, character writing, screenwriting pacing... It was probably good in 2019, but now the bar has been raised a lot, especially in bl shows. But I would love to see OffGun working at a well-done project like Not Me was, which (unfortunely) is the only good stuff they had so far :((
I haven't watched it yet, but something tells me either you gonna hate it ('cause apparently it's very bad) or love it ('cause again, apparently it's very bad) I'm so in. 🤣
Even Ohm doesn't have any more work for 2025! What is Gmmtv even doing? 😭
You mean what the toxic fans are even doing! Gmmtv is clearly trying to keep Ohm working, in some way.. but the reality is that ON toxic fandom literally ruined his career, and it's cristal clear we won't see him in BLs anymore (not until he's going to stay under Gmmtv). I think for the sake of his own career he should try to change agency :(
Why does this show got classified as a +18? I gotta be honest, I dropped it at ep. 9, but for what I whatched there was no violence or vulgarity of any shape XD Did I miss a huge drama or something, by dropping almost at the end of it? XD
I felt the same way about this drama. It was promising but fell short. I do however like a lot of Chinese dramas.…
I checked Will love in spring and it looks so interesting! I'll definitely give a try to that as well! Thank you all for giving me some suggestions!! <3 <3 <3

I have to admit I'm not too much into too old dramas now. Like.. I loved certain dramas of early 2000 that I loved because I watched them at that time. But right now it's kinda hard to me to watch something older than 2016/2018, idk why T^T I may give a try to the chinese version of Scarlet heart, tho! Sometimes I find myself more into raw romance than the fluffy one.. I've noticed Someday or one day before, but never tried to watch it, so if you suggest it I'll definitely try to watch it! I agree with you about the short-low budget dramas: many shows like that are such hidden gems, after all!! Thank you so much for your reply and suggestions! <3 <3 <3

Yes, I actually like historical dramas! I'll definitely give A familiar stranger a try! Knowing it's a short drama makes me at ease, already lol Thanks for the advice!! <3

Oh thank you for helping me!! I actually liked a cdrama once, which was Crush (with Lin Yanjun) About kdramas I usually like stuff with a well structured plot like A tale of a nine tailed, Scarlet heart, Crush landing on you, or simple plot but deep characters like It's ok not to be ok, Mr plankton, Trunk.. I enjoy themes like reincarnation, time skip, parallel words, dark romance, chatacters development, psychological... The main problem i have with cdramas is the actual lenght 😱 looks like more than 20 episodes are hard to handle to me, but if the show it's entertaining i may be able to make it 😂 Thanks a lot again!! 🤗
I'm so sorry to say that, because I really wanted to like it (like every c-drama I'm trying to watch, to be honest) but it was just unbearably boring. The premise was interesting, the plot and the characters as well, but the writing just failed, in my opinion. And above all that.. 36 episodes??? 36??? To tell us what? I don't know how they managed to fill 36 episodes of 45 mins with so little to actually say.. :( I get that this is probably not everyone's cup of tea, in fact some other people disliked it, but mainly because of the toxicity of the main leads' relationship, not because of the writing/pacing. I've always watched asian dramas from everywhere (Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc..) but anytime I've tried to watch chinese contents I always felt like something was off. I literally couldn't find some decent and good quality chinese stuff in terms of writing, acting, credibility, fondness, maturity.. So here I am asking the community to please help me suggesting some good chinese drama titles!! T^T Ps: don't hate me for my opinions, I didn't mean to spread hate, just genuinely speak my mind! Love you all >:3
