I just watched the first episode and I'm kinda impressed ngl.. it's funny and the fight scenes are good! I really liked it 😁👍🏼

I started this show without expecting much and it actually surprised me by how good this is! it's truly worthy! I loved the couple and all their lives, the characters and their relationships, the story, the development, the costumes and acting were all amazing, props to ding yuxi who I didn't know before this show and now I'm in love with his acting 💓

it was beautiful! after the wedding, shi ying says that after everything is settle down, he would make another ceremony (with everybody in it) unfortunately that's never gonna happen... but at least they got to get married 🥰

I'll be looking forward to their future projects as well! the cast is amazing.

although the ending could have been better and happier, it wasn't a bad one, but it was definitely sad and painful 😭

sad cuz they will never have their wedding ceremony, they will never travel as they wished to and they will never grow old as they promised each other 😭😭😭

just wanna say congrats to xiao zhan, ren min, alen fang and everybody on the cast for doing such an excellent job! the acting is great, the story is intriguing and had a good development. definitely one of my favorites dramas! 💓

i truly got pissed off with shi ying being harsh on zhu yan (as always) even though I know he does it because he worries about her and wants to protect her, but like, you don't have to be a douchebag in order to do that you know? seeing zhu yan blaming herself for every little thing that happens really makes me sad 😭 I hated that he hit her hand as if she was his kid, for simply not wanting to marry someone she doesn't want to marry 🥴 he (and everybody else) shouldn't expect her to act as they want her to act, when nobody tells her ANYTHING! if they didn't leave her in the dark she would do things differently. seeing people call her childish and immature for simply wanting to live HER LIFE as she wants, is very stupid lol

it's getting tiring to see zy humiliating herself to sy while he's always hurting her and still she loves him unconditionally and defends him at all costs 😞

something that shi ying doesn't understand is that it doesn't matter if zhu yan is with him or not, she will always be in some kind of danger and not everything has to do with him, cuz the same way he has his problems that put in danger, she has hers.

I had high hopes for this drama cuz it looked like it could be one of the best of the year. it started okay for me and I started to love it for a few episodes but then it started to feel kinda boring and nonsense and it got worse! it was after episode 29 that it turned into absolute shit and it was so confusing with a bunch of things happening without any good explanation or logic. 😩

mu nan died and the characters acted as if nothing happened??? only yi'er remembered of him and felt bad for his death, only YEARS later wei zhi remembers of him.

honestly, yan yue is such a lame dude and wei zhi is kinda stupid when it comes to him, like, he killed her in the past life and tried to kill her in this one as well and she acted as if he didn't do anything wrong ?? before he tried to kill her in the present I thought they were the CUTEST, just to get it ruined 🤡 their love was a bit rushed but I ignored it cuz I thought they were cute, but all that crap of "oh is my duty as red god to kill the phoenix" was so tiring which made me hate yan yue many times.

and the egg LOL that motherfucking egg made no difference and it only hatched after wei zhi's death on the last episode because that was another phoenix waiting for the death of the other one so it can be born again.

that "happy ending" was very depressing cuz wei zhi actually dies saving yan yue and he uses hua rong to go back in time to when chen yan and sima wangyue married, so he can have his happy ending with her.

during the whole drama they say that the phoenix is the most powerful, but we didn't see that no even in the final battle, like, everybody would hurt her and she couldn't do the same, that was pathetic. plus, yan luo and lan su deaths were so unnecessary... AND LAN SU WAS PREGNANT LIKE HOW CRUEL YOU HAVE TO BE TO KILL A PREGNANT WOMAN??!?!?!??!!

it's so frustrating cuz the cast is talented and the drama had potential to be good, but it got ruined :(

it really pains me how wei zhi and yan yue turned out as a couple cuz they were the cutest before he tried to kill her 😭

I liked the episodes of their past life and was enduring these recent episodes, but then mu nan died and everything became even worse, like, too much happening and it's just caos and now after 29&30 I'm confused and frustrated, I hope the next ones are better.

JJY and the rest of the cast are very talented! they deserve to be supported :)

after episode 29 & 30 I'm so confused 😕 I truly hope that everything gets explained and fixed cuz the show was doing so good before...

yan yue lost all of his memories (this is his father's fault) and became a demon and is married to someone who looks exactly like wei zhi... does the Phoenix has two sides (good and bad) like the Dean from the academy who saved wei zhi? and the demon kid, is he the bad/evil version of wei zhi's baby? is the good part still inside the egg? I have so many questions lol
