I hate that lead actor. I never liked him. He is a black hole of charisma

UEE was good in hogu love but here she lacks good chemistry with lead actor. Second lead couple are lot better

Lee shi young as cop is terrible. She do not look like cop. She is just drooling over the lead hero at every chance...ready to lick him.

I understand bad english argument. I rant. If i say everything clearly and if you buy my argument , its no fun. I am more into pattern of how people make the drama. They see strength of actor and try to use that as much. One of the strong point of kdrama vs chinese or japanase is that , kdrama people learned the art of presenting good story by placing better supporting actors and make main actor just be themself. So things do not look unnatural for viewers. Kdrama directors mastered it. That said there are some dramas go away from that because lead actor stength do not fit in that mould. From my girl fighting scene , LJK is branded as guy who can do action and fit. But for some unknown reasons his action stunts are comical and lots of style pose. That is kinda cheating. Yes stunts are not main thing in kdrama land. They do not spend money or stunt directors there. That said when you are not good , you should n't show. if you show half baked stunt , it clearly show rest of the quality of drama is half baked.
Director would never do this if the actor is not LJK. They are forced to do this to keep LJK fan base happy. I am not whining , i am only finding patterns that tend to repeat in his every drama more. I do not think LJK is bad actor compare to lots of others. Issue here his dramas are formulaic. Fake stunts and Repeat Plots of nothingness. :)

I do not care how this drama ends. This drama all about park bo young acts like kim seul gi and lusty pervert ghost. She nailed it. Now love connection is set, it will be about ghost story of how she got killed. I really want ghost introduce bongsun to her family so she can take care of them even after ghost leaves. Like ghost standing next to bongsun and telling all the past story so her dad gets shocked and tell how she died...

WHat makes me like some drama

1 . Under dog story (poor to rich, vulnerable heroine)
2 . Something new that you have not seen.
(if i want to see action , i think chinese does that 100 time better,pure comedy - western shows are better)
( kdrama rocks in romance especially historical romance, family comedy)
3. Charming actress.
4. Good fast moving first episode.
5. Great direction in which director moves episode with key moments
6. Great effort by everyone. There is no perfect drama but you can see if everyone act well and story is upbeat.

WHat makes me hate some drama

1.Bad lead actress
2.Too much conning of main hero
3.Repeat plot to extend episode
4.Trying hard to make viewers believe in what they try to to tell us by repeating
( I just forced myself watched few episodes of lets eat , even though i liked lead actress acting ,
direction was so bad. They make us believe the food is tasty. This drama won't work outside korea
because no one touch the food koreans eating. Eat anything that moves is not my food motto).
5.Bad casting. Some actors try to do comedy when they are completely unfit , people does it for money
but still...blame should be laid on casting directors.

35. Rosy lovers (12 episode) -Han Sunhwa is really pretty but can't act much. Nothing else in this drama
36. Cheongdamdong Alice - Never like lead actress face. Bland drama.
37. Faith - lee min ho acting sucks. Direction is awful. he should be just a stuntman.
38. My secret hotel - not much here to keep my concentration.
39. birth of beauty - first episode was ok..after that...meandering along

There are many old dramas that are good. Shining inheritance. Protect the boss, lover in paris. This drama leads have great chemistry which is rare.

I am afraid you people are clueless. One of the main aspect here is conning viewers. All his drama , he supposed to do something and last minute he pulls back. Is it him or the directors. Just take last episode. He fights and then what he does? Instead of running to safety first, they are are yapping. First safety. This is not just here ..every scene. All his drama is all about how to extend episodes by tricking people. Same thing applies to his action. Everyone can tolerate their favorite actors. One thing i never tolerate is cheating the viewers in order to extend episode by doing artificial interruption like phone call or someone coming at last second. That is incompetent directors who tend to loop it to no end. All his drama is just same crap. Every one of his drama have a feel of amateur first time direction or something. Whole idea become how to make 20 episode drama than telling a fine story. If you are not good in action, pls do not show. Show only good scenes. Cheating should never be tolerated. For me he is decent actor but either he is not used properly or he is influencing or he trying to differentiate from fellow actors by doing same stupid comical stunts. Its not even stunt..you can feel the trap for viewers coming in every episode. They go one way and come back...go another way and come back. Never finish what they started in his drama...loop loop...only idiots tolerate this guy drama. i know you will say if you do not like don't watch. But i am not here about watching drama. I am here critiqing whats wrong with his dramas. Not just one. All his drama. I watched all his drama some episodes and dropped when i get annoyed by this cheap trick of extending episodes.

i dropped all her drama. i watched My Bratty Princess Spinoff and dropped and my opinion of her formed right there. Then i i watched My Bratty Princess Spinoff few episodes. she was good with comedy in that but drama was awful acting by others. Basically in her drama either she is bad or something else bad.

She acts like she is reading script just like chinese drama acting. she is a bland as they come.

Problem with you is low expectation. I never said he is a poor actor. He has decent acting ability and i never cringed at his acting but i can not tolerate his fake stunt scenes and all his idiotic style. All i want to say go away to him. He is exactly what ha ji won does in action scenes. She pose...they edit...they start the fight and next frame will be pose. Same thing with this guy. We all know he is athletic and they want to promote that skill. But he is a joker in action scenes. He do not show intent and his action scenes ends with no finish. You watch My beautiful bride , the lead actor shows intent and he stab all the villains. hahaha.
I am not antifan , i just can not tolerate his fake fighting and posing. I watched all his drama. Every drama fighting scenes is same . Either he is stupid or his directors are stupid. They keep repeating and his style moves. WTF. Its a business . They think his fans like his pose and thats why they tend to do same jn every drama. Its not easy to get roles with so many new people coming in so he promote himself like stylish action hero which he is not. Not one drama of him is good beginning to finish. He still good actor but they are selling him action hero which he is not. He is just pathetic poser.

Also kdrama and action never works. For action chinese drama and movie rocks. They sorted out how to do it. It seems like its expensive or not many stunt guys in kdrama field to pull of decent stunt scenes. There are few guys do sword fighting well , they are actually villains (queen seonduk) and Bae Yong Jun.

We all know stunts are not real but you have to have continuity not editing everything except final pose. Only idiot will do somersault during sword fight. Even if its fake , it do not fit in sword fights. it just annoyed hell out of me.

He doing same thing in joseon gunman...playing with guns...for 2 min and never shoot anyone. why the fk you show all this drama and do nothing?. I do not think its directors because he is doing same kinda style stuff every drama. He is just clueless or he thinks that is what his fans are looking. There are few actors i really dispise in KDRAMA. This guy one of them along with ha ji won. Both are posers in action scenes. Meaning they do their pose move alone and add up stunt actors laters. Or slow motion and still frame them. This guy is fking useless. I hate this cheating mother fucking actor. I am watching My beautiful bride , Lead actor killing it in action. You have to show intent in action scene. This lee jun ki ..smiles or talk during fight and pose. WTF. He did somesault in Iljimae during sword fights. WTF. Why anyone think he is action hero is strange. Unless his fans are mother fking stupid. I normally do not get annoyed unless you feel cheated by these actors ha ji won and lee jun ki. I hate posers in action scenes. Its like you get conned. hahaha. Also watching this joseon gunman drama...he is doing same fking playing with gun for 3 min and never shoots. WTF. its like conning people. If you take weapon you have to use it. Or do not hold the weapon. Use your mouth. Do not use mouth and weapon. Make yourself childish. Either you influence director or director think this is what your audience wants to see. I do not know. You stinks up the place. I hate cheaters. Style points? Your fans are morons. Please people give him more drama lead. He is best action actor in korean land. None comes close. He is just killing it . Not just action whole mannerism.
