DS is much more of a baby, can't own up to his lies and can't own up to himself either. He can't accept bitter truths so he just keeps the lies. Can't face his parents, and just cries for 5 minutes. DS also needs DM to take him in and show him love~ bruh, can't you feel his obsession to have DM?

HAHAHAHAHA NDS loves to self loathe and self pity, making these people pity him too. But I ain't feeling anything. If he was just MATURE enough to own up to his mistake 15 years ago (the lie) to his parents, he wouldn't be as messed up as now. I feel like NDS can't be in a relationship with all his self problems, it's going to be a problematic one. But the time skip would surely make him a better guy. Yeah, but if SDM knows that NDS isn't the man who wrote her the letters (your first scenario), the story would've ended there. Or she could have asked him to attend the party and that's it. We know how DM's standards are so high and I'm 100% sure that goofy NDS isn't going to pass that. As for NDS being mature, I don't think he's mature enough to give DM space. Stalking her and all that, too immature. So yeah, basically all your arguments point back to NDS reading the letters etc, but that's not what happened and IDK why the writers made his character so unlikeable in the end. I was okay with NDS in the first few episodes, until he got greedy and selfish for his own gain. Rewatch the episodes yourself to find out. See you.
