seriously this drama is more enjoyable when they're focusing on start up. now i just hate the love triangle that…
True. I watched this for the initial plot (Start-Up), and then it focused on the love triangle. Soon, it will focus on Do San and Dal Mi. This drama died halfway.
Some of yall never had to deal with parents having too much expectations you feel like you couldn't meet huh?…
If only young DS told them the truth 15 years ago, then they wouldn't have such high expectations. I'm an Asian and I 100% understand the pressure, but learning how to manage these expectations and set them straight to your parents is one thing.
DS cheating isn't something that a lot of us can blame him for doing because we've all done it before too. At…
Again, this is NOT a test. I'd honestly take it lightly if it was a test. But this is an INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION. We prepare for this type of competition for 2-3 years, and only 5 students (from the country) are selected to be part of this.
Okay. Did grandma lose a single cent because of Ji Pyeong? No. Did the smart guy lose his medal because of Do…
The right thing to do (for Do San) when he knew that he was earning the medal was to own up to his mistake. BEING A KID IS NEVER AN EXCUSE. He knows it's wrong that's why he's been guilty about it for 15 years. But in 15 freaking years he was never able to OWN UP TO HIS MISTAKE. I don't know how you can excuse that. I can't imagine going home having that guilt of cheating for winning- this is morally disturbing. Do San copied 1 answer, so he was supposed to get a 9. The older competitor also got a 9, in this case, both of them could've gotten the gold medal (this is how the IMO works). Plus, if you read carefully, the mother of the older child said, "You lost to a kid." when actually he didn't. They were supposed to be on the same level. That older kid must've had it worse. And what I hate the most? He'll probably be thankful to DS for giving him the medal, when actually, I guess, both of them should've have it if it weren't for the cheating. *One thing I find very disturbing is the way you say, "Do San copied 1 answer that's it," NO, this is NOT a quiz. The IMO is.. really, really.. prestigious. I guess you've never heard of it that's why you undervalue this competition- but just look at how much the father, mother, and even Do San cared for this award. It should speak something.
I just LOVE double standards-a kid cheats a question in a testHJP fans: WHAT AN UNFORGIVABLE SINan teenager uses…
Okay. Did grandma lose a single cent because of Ji Pyeong? No. Did the smart guy lose his medal because of Do San? Yes. You see, there is a difference. JP didn't affect anyone in a serious way, grandma was shocked that he used it, and then done. While DS, it's a mathematical olympiad we're talking about, it's a medal- I won't need to elaborate. Let me just correct you too, that wasn't a test; it was a competition- Mathematical Olympiad. This is actually an existing competition in real life, look it up to see how prestigious it is.
Glad they are showing respect for the ship that sunk. It'll seriously get on my nerves if some guy pops up here again-- I mean, their ship is sailing, why bother us? Lol!
Here is a little write up of Crime and Punishment for HJP and NDSHan Ji PyungCrime:He accuses grandma of stealing…
I'm happy that I didn't overanalyze DS's character. I'm happy that I recognized his ways right from the start. I'm happy that I never liked him. This is satisfaction.
