This show is so amazing. The production, the acting, the chemistry, the plot. Each episode gets better then the last. I still can not get over how good episode 4 was, they even thought of making Gene’s face red to portray he was drunk. He was so adorable, Up did a really good job. The littlest details really do it for me. And those kids in episode 7, they where absolutely amazing. I like how upfront Nubsib is about liking Gene, and how it is not like every other bl of the characters just hiding their feelings and the story moving nowhere. But what I have noticed is that if couples get together so early on in the show then something bad happens in their relationship and/or they end up breaking up for a little bit. I’m hoping for the best, but sadly the trailer seems to prove that theory. SibGene for the win, they have definitely became one of my favorite ships.

I’m also assuming that he is openly gay because of the movie posters on his bedroom wall. Maybe we are finally getting a openly gay character who gets treated normal, so it hasn’t been talked about and is not treated like a big deal. But then again his girl schoolmates where always hitting on him, so that makes me second guess myself.

I avoided this show for literally months, ever since I have started my bl journey. And that is because of the drama behind the scenes and what they did to my baby saint. It took me, no lie, 4 times to watch episode 4 because I kept getting off of it to watch something else. But once I sat down and actually watched it I could not stop. I skipped class just to watch this show because of how good it was, I do not recommend doing that lol. It is an addiction. But pond is probably one of the worst characters in the bl world, he is so disgusting and sexist I can not stand him. Dont get me wrong though I do not think it is one of the best shows in the industry, and it is not my favorite bl by far, it is just very entertaining to me.

Yes you are correct, but personally for me hating on actors for what the writers do, does not sit right with me.

I don’t know what your problem is with SJW, but saying something about an actors weight is uncalled for. Just because you hate SJW does not mean you need to defend people’s actions. People in these comments are not just saying he is really thin, they are saying mean things and that is what I was calling out. And you defending them is making you apart of the problem. If Anson Chen saw these comments he would not be happy and they would make him upset, and that’s all that matters. Leave your personal problems with SJW out of it.

This show itself does not need to be put down because of the mature content, It is rated R for a reason. Rape is uncomfortable, but thats the point of having that scene in the show. You do not need to hate the actors and entire show because of one scene, just skip over it. Rape, manipulation, and toxic relationships are a real life problem and it is just being brought to light in this series.

I'm sorry but I could not stand the chief and I literally had to push myself through the scenes with him in it because I just found him to be a old creep. Haruta and Maki were worth it though.

This is one of the best dramas out right now, the chemistry they have with each other is unreal. i literally count down the minutes for the next episode to air.
