It doesn't has to do anything with ml at all. When did i mention about ml. If you look at my previous comments, i even criticized ml character. It seems you have other specific issues.

Ep 1 FL, EP 8 FL both are still same. Not a tiny bit of improvement at all. For how long we need to keep feeling sorry for her?.

I don't think he agreed to it with an intention to take advantage of her. Even though it may appears as romantic feelings to audience, i don't think he has real romantic feelings for her, he maybe catching up a bit but He is just way too protective. In his perceptive, Darim being involved with JH is way too risky. If he learnt about her lie everything will collapse.

If only darim gives some positive insights regarding her relation with JH, it would have been different. She feed negative insights unnecessarily.

What seonu sees is JH trying to seduce Darim and she is falling into JH trap and risking everything.

Bedside that i don't think darim is a good friend to seonu. I see nothing from her side.

She owes some explanation to seonu regardless of his feelings for her. She is the one who involved him into her mess and barely communicate anything with him.

She needs to come clean to seonu first before coming clean to JH. He deserve that basic respect.

ML moral logics had no stability at all. He contradict with himself a lot. He don't see things from both sides and take darim side instantly because of his personal feelings. He has no right to punch her husband (fake) like that.

Both ml, fl characters always has excuses to defend their behavior. His has trauma, she has debts. Sometimes it feels writers trying hard to gaslight, manipulate audience to feel empathy, sympathy for lead characters.

No one will like this drama, if roles are reversed.. If ML is in FL position, he will get trashed.

To make FL character look cool. She is loveable and desirable.

Honestly most women audience sees themselves in kdrama FL characters. Entire kdrama romcom industry built on this ideology.

I'm 100% sure misunderstanding won't clear in ep 9.

FL will beat him to it. She will cover it. I don't think she showed enough intentions to come clean.

Keeping his romantic feelings for her aside, Sometimes i wonder does darim really see seonu as a friend?. Does she ever wonder that lie gonna impact his life too. Does she taken him for granted in her own way?. I barely saw she being honest about many things. For ml it's okay but why towards him. They're supposed to be fake couple, they don't talk and plan things?..

Writers cleverly shifted audience frustration and anger from fl to 2ml. They are not supposed to dislike her. His character get sidelined from almost every character except 2fl.

I wonder for how longer writers will continue fl character in helpless victim narrative. It will definitely take another 2 more episodes.

In this drama both of them are not mixed well. Victim narrative dominate sociopath narrative until last 2 episodes.

Its okay. Her revenge arc ended after her father murder.

Her journey after that indicate what she becomes.

In my view, monster is not a big word than sociopath, psychopath labels.

Writers clearly tries to reason with her every action. Most of the time they keep trying to remember us that she is a victim.

So i can't fully see her sociopath.

"She’s a victim who became a monster to survive" fits more than sociopath that writers claim.

Or

Sociopath with terms and conditions.

In my eyes, she is monster.

None of them are major, they are just subplots. They don't need much screen time to conclude.

I only wonder how they navigate ml, fl relationship after truth comes out. What kind of accountability fl will show.

Yes definitely they will drag 2,3 episodes. I don't see any big storyline left to fill for another 7 episodes.

Honestly ml has no right to judge 2ml for cheating. Why he doesn't see same logic when darim barley maintain any boundaries with him. Why he is so convinced that darim is not trying to cheat on her husband.

It will be a wonder if she secure her job without any one help. I believe it's beyond her capability. Unless she gets kdrama fl privileges. It's impossible.

Sequel will continue story where season 1 ends. But here it seems characters and setup will be same but not direct continuation to season 1
