I was thinking about this Babe's dream and I started to ask myself: can Way make an ilussion of him being someone else, like Charlie and meet with Babe as him?! I mean, kissing, having sex etc. Suddenly I have a really bad feelings.

It is not only a BL matter. In most of japanese and korean dramas we have a so-called "fish kisses", they kiss only by sticking their lips together, really, it's kind of famous thing. And at the other side we have whole yaoi buissness and hard porno, like japanese hentai, even thought this nations are very serious in public behaviour means.
Right, personally I thing Babe,'s mind is trying to tell him something, maybe his subconscious shows him that he is under the illusion, and that's why he sees Charlie in that dream too. His mind tries to show him the truth by giving him clues. Way is using his power on him, Tony is reminding him he cannot block it, and Babe met them thanks to tailoring Charlie, in Bebe'd mind he is connected to faking death, as no one can forget it. This is my interpretation, but it gives bad vibes, and then we see Way and Tony later in trailer.

Well, I wasn't really talking about your review specifically, rather about a lot of reviews I've read where Korean adaptation was mentioned as orginal. Maybe because Korean dramas are the most popular one.
As for the manga, I liked it, but it's very old-fashined in a bad way (and it has nothing to do with its age), full of shoujo cliches (like a typical love triangle, witch-like mother or memory loss), but I was really into shoujo manga back then. It's a very long manga. The first adaptation I've watched was Japanese too and I still think it's the best one, it has the best ending too (better than the manga has).
Is this really a remake?! As far as I know it's just another manga adaptation. I don't know why everybody think that Korean (or Japanese) adaptation is a source story. It's one of the most adapted manga ever by the way. I've read manga first, I really liked it, but I don't know what's so good in it to be adapted so many times.
