the way i caluculated when to start watching so that i would finish all the episodes that were aired so far just before the last one or even after so that i won't have to wait...and thought it was a big brain move to do this... but i didnt realize there are supposed to be 20 episodes not 16. pain. pure pain.
I typically avoid historical dramas, those are just not my thing, I only ever watched one set in republican era, so I was quite hesitant about Mr Queen. If you are questioning whether to start watching it or not because you're not sure if you would like the genre, I would say: give it a go! I was pleasantly surprised. I don't find it boring or overwhelming, if I was more acquainted with all the customs, traditions, roles of certain people etc. I would probably get much more out of it, I must say, but it's still hilarious and enjoyable even if I don't understand 100% of it. Characters are very likable, comedy is just perfect, it has some spice to it. So simply - what more could you ask for?
Wait...am I getting this right? They end up spending two weeks a year together??!! Noooooooo....I am so disappointed.…
ikr!!! I read many comments saying that it's a satisfying ending, but honestly hell no! It was obvious that it wouldn't be easy for them to be together, so while watching I wondered about it a lot and still I'm not convinced about this solution, They seem to be happy, of course, but such way of living would be very tough. I understand they are not in a normal situation, so yeah it makes sense that they would have to give up on something, but all in all 2 weeks a year is heartless... They did them dirty. Especially that they can't even contact each other for the rest of the year!!! Seems like torture to me. And they even talked about having children together ,but if they live like that it wouldn't be possible, so sad.
