Not sure but i think, they didnt exactly fight. Hyun ji is annoyed because she wanted maha to be in relationship with yun jin instead. Hyun ji likes yun jin so wants him to be happy and knows that he likes maha. Thats why i guess after finding out maha is dating royc.
i am not telling you to review the whole thing or asking you to change peoples views, there are many nicer ways you could have commented it, the way you commented was just rude.

Maybe because the officer is not trustable waving off the Janes case like that, and Bun is receiving these threat messages in the first place because of the Janes case, so he cant let the officer know he is still researching about the Janes case.
ookkkaayy tan is real suspicious. 1. In ep1 how did he know Bun was a doctor, when Bun was drunk, Tan referred to him as Doctor. 2. In ep2 how did tan know Bun got injured, and what is the reason for his sudden interest in Bun. 3. In ep 3 when Tan dropped Bun at his home, as soon as Bun went inside his friend out of nowhere came and picked Tan up. So that means everything here is planned, Tan is definitely involved. Maybe he is involved and wants to gain Buns trust to....but in that time he falls in love with Tan and goes against the villain guy....but I am sure the story arc would be more than this typical one.
he read all the letters and maybe dal mi's sincerity tugs at his heart
his character from the start was shown soft and nice (how he declined the money offer and instead just wanted a chance) so maybe yes after reading the sad letters and how nam do san helped her he did feel how its like to be left out and went because its just for a day.
