Am I the only one to think that Mew is not a grand master or whatsoever ? I truly believe that he is not trying to manipulate anybody I just see him as a childish attention seeker. Mew doesn’t seem to know much about relationships. He is rather scared that Top may lose interest in him, I feel like he wants to be « special », « I’m not like your other partners with me you read books and go to the library ». Or maybe he is a little self-centered as if he was living in a fairytale which would explain why he asked Top to flirt with him again as if they never met/dated. In both cases I don’t think we can’t conclude that Mew has malicious intentions, he is rather insecure or/and delusional. Each of his reactions and actions is overanalyzed compared to the other guys, so of course you will see what you want.
All this thing with Mew being an underhanded person started with Boston claiming that Mew is not as innocent as he pretend to be. It’s not Ray, Sand, or Nick who’s saying that but Boston !! The pro in brainwashing and chronic liar! Did he brainwash you all brain too? Wake up. As people say What you say about others says more about you than them and In my opinion, this is true here as well. Boston is jealous so he points out what he can’t be, an « innocent virgin » and he knows, that is why Boston tries hard to convince Top that Mew is not « what he thinks he is », he wants to make disappear this image of Mew because he knows that’s what Top is attracted to and he could never be that to him.
So my question is why? Why does everyone seem to take Boston's claim as fact, why does this pinocchio is believed ?? Maybe to overcome the fact that Mew is a bland character? So more than « he is too innocent to be true » isn’t it « he is too boring to be true »? And me too I want to believe in this but I don’t think this is the direction of the show.

what did I just watch.. Honnestly it was not bad, it was well acted and well filmed, it was not boring, but I still find this show really disturbing and a bit gross sometime.
I didn't like the character of Kiyoi, he was violent and aggressive, the way he trait Hira was just disgusting, and I didn't see any form of love in that Hira was not in love, but obsess, in 10 episodes he never learns how to love himself. Unlike some comment I see, I couldn't see any improvement even at the last episode.
I have nothing to say about the scenario because not that much thing happen honestly.
The tags said that it's a "Gay romance" but now that I've finished this show, I'm still looking for the "romance" part.
