i wanted to expnjoy this but it failed to deliver with the plot. even the actors who did an amazing job couldn't save it for me :(

Yeon wol (kyera) is the true heir for Yeon 'clan' or 'kingdom' (whatever that's called i don't remember). and sajo hyun is heir for sajo clan bcs his father was the king. sajo seung, his father is traiter bcs instead of ruling his own people he was greedy and killed 3 of the other rulers (including Yeon wol's parents) and obtained their kingdoms as well. so Yeon wol and sajo hyun are heirs of their respective thrones.

yeonwol could've taken her throne initially itself but she didn't bcs she wanted revenge for her parents so she chose to become an assassin to kill sajo seung.

i thought this was the movie adaptation of 2017 version lol

im more worried about other performances. i think we're yet to see almost half of the performances yet (only 24 contestants are shown so far in 2x2 mission) and already they're showing next mission in trailer (sure that'll not be in ep 5 but still). it took them 2 eps to cover half the performance but i think they'll cover other 16 contestants in ep 5.
also i don't think they'll show interim voting result.
