you may or may not agree with me but I felt the first half was better than the last. the last half contained compilations of common tropes we see in many other dramas (spoilers: like locking FL in a room, parents have long term grudge, second leads breakup because of keeping their relationship secret, betrayal of trusted one, many more). 6/10 imo.
If confirmed not anytime soon, It said YZ is filming her new drama.
ya i think scenes she filmed with the old actor alone will be redone. his scenes with other side characters/main characters or even guest characters should be redone right... that's one hell of a work
regardless of the ending, i just wanted to say that I'm proud of Park Hyung Shik and i absolutely loved his return to the small screen through Happiness. it gave me happiness throught the air time (and some sadness too but that's not the point). I'm glad i waited for him throughout the military service, this drama felt like a reward for me! wishing him all the happiness in the world 🥺
i saw on twt that the title of the drama in the poster seems to fade (the word '해피니스') so the show is about how happiness fades... but i still haven't completely given up on happy (or atleast open to happy) ending.
i personally think the MDL ratings are appropriate. it's not smth we haven't watched already so users (like me) tend to rate low. however it's just my opinion but you may give it a watch if you're into it. it wasn't a bad one overall.
