yeah that's all it's about. I think it's something not done in kdramas before. I'd tell you to forget the hype, lower your expectations and watch. then you'll like it. if you've already watched many kdramas, some plottwists could be predictable tho. see for yourself if it's alright or overhyped.

I felt the same! my classmates watched it without knowing squid game is a kdrama (they used to tell me kdramas are for 13 yo girls) and now spam my insta dms with SG reels but I didn't feel the hype when I watched tbh.

why do people want her to act with 'so and so' actors and not actors younger than her like hey it's her choice. she's the one going to earn profit, popularity and fans. let her do whatever she wants oml stop telling her what to do or to not do. also just because she acts with younger actors don't mean it's smh related to her past relationship.

yeah I think Du Shil caused that accident. I think it was a car accident where his sunbae, do ha's dad and du shik were involved. sunbae died, do ha's dad was severely injured that he can't walk but du shik escapes smh so the sunbae's wife says "you should've been the one to die". basically the wife, do ha and du shik himself blames du shik for the accident.

since the debut 9 won't have any ratio of c k and j, I think they should've given the voting system to vote any 3 out of all 26 and not one from each group. I understand it'll probably increase korean trainees votes a lot (they deserve it tho) but in the current system, if we have 2 top fav in k group, we have to leave out one and instead vote for someone from c and j. this simply increases c and j votes a lot while some talented k group members are lacking votes. if the next voting is also similar, I don't think k group members can be in top3. just my opinion tho!!

even rating drop from 8.2 to 8.1/8.0 is very significant on MDL cuz there are thousands of ppl rating it. I personally don't watch anything that's below 8.4 or smth but I made an exception for Lusi
