I think 50% from Korea is because they'll debut in Korea. if they give equal voting % for everyone, knetz won't be supporting the group/ watch the program (this is solely on my perspective) so they give 50 % for korea.
the first voting has started yesterday and I think the voting system is fair for k, c, j trainees. because we should vote 3 from k, 3 from j, and 3 from c. you can't proceed if you only vote for k. even the cell voting (c, k, j) also seems fair.
basically what I'm saying is korean voter or not, everyone has the same criteria to vote for trainees from all groups.
