Yes! Like any originally-good dramas that's on the Mango TV network ends up being ditched bc of how bad the system is and majority of the time, it isn't even the dramas' fault which I think is so unfair. It gets so unfortunate especially when you know a show is good but can't continue watching due to the fact that the Mango TV's systems are sht.

Tbh, if Flourished Peony wasn't on Mango TV and instead be on like IQiYi, YouKu, etc, it would be even more popular since those platforms have a higher popularity than MangoTV and has less complaints about the system. Recently, I've seen several people (not just here) but on 小红书/Red Book as well, saying how Mango TV's bad with the subs and all that which caused them to not have interest in watching this show anymore. What I'm saying is that being on the Mango TV platform, ruined Yang Zi's fame (+ other cast members, too) and she could've been even more popular if Flourished Peony would be aired somewhere else instead of this poor network.

Yea it gets rlly annoying especially these (popular) show-watching apps that don't have a good sub system/feature. I most likely won't be watching it from Mango TV directly and instead I'll probably wait until its uploaded to YouTube for better subs

No they did announce it.
I think twice too, on the official Flourished Peony account on Weibo. They even uploaded posters and a new video with the release date on it.

As of right now the reservations are around 445w!! We still got exactly a week left until it airs meaning one more week to get more reservations~ Hopefully it gets up to 500w at that point when it actually airs!! 🥳
