This is my #1 favorite drama. I was really hesitant of the historical genre, but SO SO glad I went with it. One of the very few dramas I can watch over and over again and it's still leaves me emotional. Totally worth it.
I came in for Rain... now only here for L (Shi Woo) basically. Their chemistry and storyline is far more interesting at this point. Drama started off great.... but it seems like it gave up. Team Shi Woo!
Man, can't they just let a woman live?! This drama drives me crazy sometimes with how backwards Cha Gi Yeong is (mis)treated.... as if giving life to a human being is the worst thing a person could do... However, it does a really good job of showcasing just how completely ridiculous these old fashioned views are. So major points there.
Also can we get more No Min Woo in these recent eps please?
It's really not a bad drama AT ALL...people are just mad because of the ending (and lack of physical romance) but TBH the more I think about it, the more I'm really OK with how it ended. It was entertaining, well-acted and DIFFERENT.
((btw, watch the moon that embraces the sun... it's my favorite drama!)) :)
