Imo, it was slow-burn romance and the romance... they act like an old married couple/? It's hard to describe but it feels like they don't really show any affection but the chemistry is there... Well, I don't really attach to the romance, because the plot seems more interesting to me:). They do separate in the beginning but it was shown more like past memories and there is no love triangle.
