Although this drama made me a Cheng Yi fan for life, I do think Yang Zi did very well as well. They were both perfect for their roles. Couldn’t have picked a better pair. But yes. Cheng Yi playing 3 different characters in one drama just showcases how good of an actor he is. Even if we strip the costumes and wigs off, I’m pretty sure he could act those different characters so distinctly.
