This is so true. But let's see how long his ego takes to wreck even for a bit when he starts seeing continues shaming, hatred and protest against him. This case still never fails to hit me like this is the place we are living. We common citizens against every person with power to benefit them. We are the ones to vote, yet we are the ones to suffer.
Not to mention the years of harassment the victim party goes through to receive a single judgment demanding justice. This is were we live. Were people no matter how wrong they are, with the support of money, decides to throw away their morality and stand by the criminals.

The recent RG KAR case too. We did everything we could. Went out in groups of processions to protest against the upsurge of injustice. Not just the citizens of WB, everyone from every state contributed in the demand of justice for Tilottoma. The deeds they did to her, and how every political heads just covered it up. At the end even though it was clear that the accused wasn't the only one to rape her and kill her at the end, but just a scapegoat, Supreme Court gave him life imprisonment and that's it. End to the justice of how a doctor was raped to death ruthlessly in the most horrible way possible, in her own workplace. Everyone is aware that their is involvement of political head and the institution itself. But what can we do other than demanding for justice? The place is bloody corrupted. Every political groups are signing deals with each other to benefit themselves out of the public. Were tf are we safe? Not even in our workplace? leave out public areas or transport, it's a daily thing for us women to be harassed anywhere.
