It's free to say that after the recent rape case in Kolkata, everyone is very united to stand against these. Currently a female artist sued a guy who was playing with many other female artists too and everyone is supporting her and all the other females to get back what they deserve. Reddit is a worse page filled with misogynist people, same goes for fb. Twitter among them is the decent one but here on mdl I feel we women feel safe to voice ourselves because of the lack of men ratio here.

there is no specific platform where we can actually talk about it online. If you fear that others like anyone can talk shit about our country based on our conversation, then don't worry that's not happening. It's just us, sharing about what we have faced but if an outsider comes and says "India is the shittiest place" dw like don't even care about those. Our population talks a lot more than their logic. 20 out of 100 mfs theoretically belong in India. That's where you go wrong by comparing other countries and basically insulting them to glorify yours. Being a citizen of India I have the right to talk about mine. Imo, this case made me realise that even after hyping over any actor while their series is ongoing, I hold the ability to differentiate their public personality and personal one. I can forget any hype or emotion if they turn out to be morally damaged well thanks to watching hundreds of series and simping over thousands of actors and actresses that I don't really tend to emotionally connect with anyone of them but their roles.
