It's obvious to anyone who cares to see it that even the most popular Western shows (GOT, Mad Men, The Office, Breaking Bad, You, Dexter...) have a nihilistic and immoral view of the world. Betrayal, depravity, pornography, murderous heroes, glorification of abortion, mortification of family values, misandry, constant insults to religious figures... All of this is absent in Asian, and especially Chinese, entertainment.
I hope you learn to at least listen without preconceptions to those who disagree with you. In the West, too many people live in a bubble and are incapable of questioning their own preconceptions.

If you truly believe Hollywood isn't engaging in anti-human propaganda, I certainly can't convince you with a single post. Try doing your own research; there are plenty of YouTube channels, for example, that will educate you on what Hollywood instills in people's minds.
One can only hope that Netflix does not give space to the usual Western propaganda... I hope it's just a sweet classic comedy, without the politics and social engineering
There are also dozens of shows with FL older than ML. If you don't like the theme, don't watch it!
Even on this site, if you try to search for Sniper Butterfly or My Dearest Nemesis you will find among the tags "Older Woman/Younger Man" and by selecting you will find hundreds of dramas with age gap in which FL is older.
Then if you don't like a genre, you're free not to watch it, but probably if things like this are produced it's because they have a target audience that must be respected.
