Honestly, I agree with all of you, but let me tell you something.
When you are kept on a tight leash by your family your whole life, the way you see the world, emotions, decisions and people in general is very different from what most people are used to. My whole life, I've been controlled by my mother, not allowed to see friends, go outside, have less than A grades. I had to eat only what I was "allowed to" and never go to any birthday parties. Basically, I was nothing but a marionette to my mother, even though she will never understand that. Because of living like this, now, as a 20 year old, I'm frightened to make any kind of decision, even what to wear or with whom to go. My mother has to be in extremely good mood for me to able to go out and not have her questioning me, as if it's a police interrogation. That is also why I've come to judge everything in life based in realism, avoiding any emotions.
Anyway, I hope this provides some insight on why Xu Qin is the way she is.
Lol, I just realized that in the end of ep 22, when Liu Ling says that Shen Yan stopped loving her after their son was born, he doesn't say as in English translation "I make fuss with you every day, isn't that love". He says: "I moan with you every day, isn't that love?"😂😂😂
so to kill the devil bone u need dream, thread, and tear was she able to achieve all 3 without giving her spirit…
i guess so, and I think later when su su comes back to the future, only her and him will remember what happened, but she will pretend it never happened
