I agree with other comments that there are more better contract marriages and better stories, but I still liked…
to that degree lol yeah but idk something always bugged me more than the usual dramas. but everyone will take their different views from it which is nice ^^
well, can't say i liked the drama over all as much and the main characters didn't really get better until like episode 11 but it was nice to see how much zhou mi has grown as an actor! very proud of him. it's up to you if you want to watch the leads be very stubborn until just about episode 12 and then it just goes a little bit better. 7/10
gotta give a huge shout out thank you to the lee da hae fangroup over at soompi that's subbing the series for us! you guys have been a huge lifesaver! thanks for your hard work!
I usually love this kind of plot, but this one is driving me mad. Why can't the male lead make a choice?…
but you kinda do see him grow out of it and how he actually knows his wife a little bit better. it's kinda at this point that the rest of the women are just weirdly after him but the two main leads are stubborn af to begin with...
i can't understand it's all about korean industry and even the actors are korean how it could be chinese…
a good bunch of actors are chinese tho and from the bts for them, you can hear some of them (zhou mi as well) speaking their lines in mandarin. i guess it was just a joint venture that just turned out to be a main chinese thing? in my opinion, it's okay. i'm seriously just watching it for zhou mi and i'm glad his acting has grown so much in the long run. the story is idk lol
DECEMBER!?! are you shitting me??? **cries in a corner*** WAE!!!!! and i dont think that's Zhou mi's voice. he's…
actually mi has been dubbed on his last drama (when love walked in). it's very obvious to hear he's been dubbed if you're his fan. it kinda feels like it's a common thing for dramas to get dubbed, though? i haven't particularly watched any movies but i would think they would be the ones left untouched. but, trust me, we know when he's been dubbed over. and a few of the friends have been commenting how it's clear that some of the cast was probably doing their lines in korean and were dubbed over (da hae). another example i know very well is the skip beat drama that got heavily dubbed with every actor as far as i could tell because the scenes did not seem to match what was supposed to be said in the first place.

it's mostly because they want a mandarin speaker that's more fluid and understood i guess? it's still kind of a crap ideal for their dramas imo since the dub acting always sounds too forced and fake and takes away from the main feeling...
I keep having very conflicting feelings about this. The extra stuff with the adults is dull and pointless and…
I've watched the anime and drama and have read the manga as well so I'm very aware of the story. Some was in the original not the bit with yoo jin's mom who we're not supposed to meet until further down and I'm just feeling let down by a lot of the characters especially the main piano teacher. Sure, he's supposed to be rough and won't learn any better until way down the line but the levels of evil in there are horrible. I'm also not the greatest fan of the story seemingly wanting to throw romance where there should not be? Or am I reading too much over mi na and the piano teacher cuz he's supposed to be married and... I think as a fan of the manga I will judge this extremely harshly...
I keep having very conflicting feelings about this. The extra stuff with the adults is dull and pointless and for a series that also should consider the movies after, it could be moving faster. The only characters that are great to me see mine (rak) and his father. I was about to drop this series if they didn't make masumi's character (the timpanist) as madly in love with chiaki (yoo jin) as the character is supposed to. I may be holding the original nodame too high in comparison to this but I'll continue with it for as long as I can...
I felt that her nodame felt forced so I'm glad that it seemed better towards the end. Loving the side characters far more so far since they seem livelier.
