I think she did specify on why she prefers movies over tv series. But I have to find the interview. I know she's regarded as the only actress in her generation that only appears in movies.

Yeah. It's very uncommon but I remember some actors not from Japan but in SK who only appears in movies like Song Kangho.

She said she prefers movies over dramas. I think she mentioned it on a magazine interview. But it could be great if we see her in dramas with more than 4 episodes. Haha! Until then, we can only see her in movies.
