I saw the finale episode and I'm so lost. It all felt so rushed, I was so sure that the wedding was just her dream because she is still unconscious or something. Then it turns out she really got married, then the Daoming Feng got like a revalation and decided to have a total personality switch or something, then the ending, don't get me started - why? why? why couldn't they end it in a more classy drama way? Why not make a scene where she suspects she's pregnant and finishing on that so the drama can have season 2? why such an unneeded ending. hmm? I loved this drama, I really did. For me it was the best version of the story. But... I wish they erased the last episode and made a better ending or a better episode to make us anticipate possible season 2... Not happy at all because of episode 49. Not happy at all. Okay, I'm done.
And that's how you make a remake! I love that the outline is the same but they also changed so much that it's still familiar yet exciting to watch. Honestly, very impressed.
Even though it's a remake of Age of Youth they could have made it different somehow. It's kind of painful to see a scene by scene remake. I've just watched first episode and even some of the dialogues were word by word exactly the same... I hope that next episodes will be even a little bit more different.
