no it’s the same just the proposal is a simple one unlike the video from people who know them which they showed in drama. there are some extra scenes in novel which kinda show their married life a bit (if I remember correctly)

the director regardless of one or two flaws did show how much he understood the characters, really a great job.
yes they added such a depth to it and did an amazing job in layering his character growth
