Hi everyone, I just wanna say I really don't get Chinese dramas and their writers must the female best friend…
It's pretty much the pattern lol!! And as far as saying they need to grow up that's a bit harsh considering the writers and production crew have limitations on what they can put in a drama and air on tv. The Chinese government censors all dramas/series and only allows certain things to be aired. That's why almost all Chinese dramas have the same storylines. plots or themes. They use them over and over again in different dramas. They can only create a story and make a drama that the Chinese government approves. So unfortunately unless the Chinese government changes then the chances of Chinese dramas changing isn't very likely. It's really awful that the Chinese government censors their dramas. If they didn't they would be more entertaining but that's the way it is. And the viewers/fans will just have to get used to them the way they are or stop watching them. Because unfortunately we can't change the Chinese government.
He actually isn't the boy's dad he is his uncle. The boy's parents died in an accident so now the uncle is raising…
I can't remember exactly what episode it is revealed in but i have only seen through episode 10 so it had to be in one of those episodes. He calls himself the dad because i guess now he is like his dad but he's not biologically. The boy was in the accident with his parents but he was saved and survived but it kinda messed him up. That's why he has to see a child psychologist.
Why are they taking so long to give a release date tbh this is so frustrating (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ ...
Well they haven't finished filming yet not even sure if they have actually started. And they were having some issues to the point that they weren't even sure if this series was still going to be made. Thankfully the issues got worked out and the series is still going to be made. But it was said that some of the cast might be changed. How can they announce a release date with all of that going on.
Well my problem with Da On is that he is too nice, he is a people pleaser. He never rejects anyone or says no…
Yeah i noticed that and that could be true. It's not that i don't like him it just makes me worried about him hurting people maybe even possibly Tae Kyung by not being honest about what he really thinks, feels and wants and just trying to please everyone. Because sometimes it might please the person at that moment but if he isn't honest then later on it could end up hurting the person. Just like So Hee or those 2 other girls. But maybe i am thinking too much. Overall i still love this drama and will keep watching and who knows maybe might even end up changing my mind about Tae Kyung and Da On. Thanks for the insight about Da On's parents if that's true i do feel sorry for him cause everyone deserves to get love from their parents.
I care about him and Like him.... want him to end up with Taekyung 😊😊 Hope he won't do anything bad, as…
I don't think Da On will do anything bad i just wish he would learn to be more honest sometimes instead of never saying no and agreeing to everything, That is what gets me and i know people in real life have that trait and it doesn't make them bad people. It just worries me that Tae Kyung could end up getting hurt because of it that is why i don't ship them. Someone who isn't honest and agrees to everything even if they don't like it or don't want to do it, it is hard to know if that person's words or actions are sincere.
Yes, it will be, but it’s just that it’ll be available for international fans 6 months after airing ;((
Oh wow why is that? 6 months is a bit ridiculous. Who knows if i'll even still be interested then. Maybe a fan subber will pick it up and we can get subs sooner. If not i might just give this one a pass but thanks for the info.
Most of people like Tae kyung and Shin Woo end up together, But what about Da On who's have been so nice to everyone…
Well my problem with Da On is that he is too nice, he is a people pleaser. He never rejects anyone or says no to anything. And sometimes because of that he is not honest, and not being honest and agreeing to everything can sometimes hurt people worse than if you were just honest to begin with. Like for example he gave those 2 girls his number knowing that he didn't like them. If he had been honest with them their feelings might have gotten hurt, but they would get hurt worse by him not being honest. Because him not being honest and giving them his number would make them think that he likes them. And if they did believe that he liked them because he gave them his number and wanted to date him would he date them even though he doesn't like them because he himself said he can't say no to anyone about anything.
Also he should be honest with So Hee and tell her that he only sees her as a friend or sister. Him not being honest is just keeping her hopes up. And then he told her to wait in the student council room and he would meet her but then he left with Tae Kyung. He wasn't honest and he ended up hurting her feelings and making her mad. Even Tae Kyung knows that Da On being like that can hurt others even if he doesn't mean to, which is why he questioned Da On about it. Da On is smart so he should know that not being honest can be hurtful to others. Does he really not realize that? What if Tae Kyung had feelings for Da On but Da On only saw him as a friend but dated him anyways because he can't or doesn't want to say no, Tae Kyung would end up getting hurt. How can you fully trust someone like that? Do they really like you? The things they do for you do they really want to do them? Or is it all just because they are a people pleaser who can't or won't say no. Sorry for rambling so much lol!! But anyways this is why i don't want Tae Kyung with Da On.
I feel torn about this because it is enjoyable and the chemistry is great and some scenes are really beautiful…
Something that happened in JYZ's past with his ex is what caused him to make the rule. What the thing was that happened that caused him to make such a ridiculous rule we don't know yet. But now that the ex has shown up i'm sure we will probably find out in the next episode. And whatever thing it was that happened is what caused JYZ to panic when confronted because it brought back to him what had happened the reason behind the rule. Is the rule ridiculous? absolutely. Would normal people/employees put up with that? In real life no. In real life he wouldn't even be able to make such a rule because it would be illegal. No company has the right to interfere in their employees personal lives. There are companies that don't allow employees to date but a singlehood rule stating that they can't have any relationships at all would not be allowed and he could get in trouble. But it isn't real life it is a romcom a drama. And like you said it doesn't have to make absolute sense. I've never seen any drama or series that makes absolute sense they all have things that are very unrealistic and sometimes that is what makes them entertaining. I have learned to not take series or dramas too seriously because of that fact that none of them ever make absolute sense. I just try to enjoy them for what they are.
I am ready for the next episode i want to find out what happened between JYZ and the ex because whatever it is it really messed JYZ up bad. Messed him up to the point that he created such a ridiculous rule. And whatever happened also has something to do with JYZ's scar so we might finally get to hear the story behind that. That rule won't be around for much longer though there are only 3 episodes left. And JYZ has already fallen for Shi Lei i would say a long time ago. Whatever happened to JYZ though has been holding him back it is something he hasn't healed from or gotten over. Shi Lei will be the one to help him get past it and to finally get rid of that rule. I just wish there were more episodes because with only 3 left and less than 30 minutes an episode i feel like the ending ,JYZ's and Shi Lei's happy ending will be rushed. I wish they had made this series the same as Just You with more episodes that were 45 minutes long. But i will take what i can get.
The rule is so weird right. I don't know if it's there as a hint to viewers not to take this show seriously, or…
The rule definitely doesn't make sense. How can a boss tell their employees they can't be in any relationship at all he would get in all sorts of trouble if it was reported lol!! They should have just made it a no office romance rule which would still suck but would actually be believable because there are companies that don't allow that. In the original drama it was just a no office romance rule so i don't understand why they changed it here. But i have a feeling that rule will be done away with soon because Jin Yu Zhen will end up with Shi Lei.
LOL. With some characters, their pride is more important than admitting that maybe the rule is stupid after all.…
Yeah i never got the rule. A no office romance rule ok i could understand that there are some companies who don't allow that. But a single rule saying they can't have any relationships you are right that would be illegal lol!! But i don't understand why they chose to make it a single rule it wasn't like that in Just You. In that drama it was just a no office romance rule and they could have done the same on this series considering it is based off of Just You. Why did they change it? I understand they had to make some changes to the story because they were changing it from a regular drama to a BL but they still could have left it as just a no office romance rule and it still would have worked here.
I think Shin Woo is clearly the main lead - although I only say "clearly" because he and Tae started out as enemies…
I totally agree about that being a standard variant on the theme and about Shin Woo being in the romantic partner slot. He is just so adorable and i feel sorry for him being bullied. And after they way he has always been so mean and cold to Tae Kyung the way he stood up to the bullies for Tae Kyung when he didn't even stand up to them for himself was so sweet. I'm not really sure about Da On either. He seems a little too nice to everyone in my opinion but he has said that he's not nice so what was that about? Could you be right about the villain thing? that's an interesting theory i guess we will see.
It's not just the production companies though the author of the novel was a big part of the issue. They refused…
I just read a statement that came from an instagram post and it didn't go into specifics about exactly what was toxic but it was stated by the production company that they wished to change some extremely toxic scenes from the novel because if left the way they were written they were afraid they would lose viewers. So by them being afraid of losing viewers or people not watching it i assume it must be stuff that would be not so much ridiculous but more just maybe bad or inappropriate to the point of people not wanting to watch it. But the author said the story was their baby and they wanted to keep it as it is or they will just keep as only the novel and not let it be made into a series. I'm not sure how they got the author to come back around and agree to continue.
I think the problem with it is at least for me is that always saying yes to people can sometimes hurt their feelings…
I agree 100 percent with you i don't think because Da On is like that means he has a hidden motive. That is just his nature and it may cause misunderstanding and hurt to other sometimes but not intentionally. And it doesn't make him a bad person either. And yes So He already didn't like Tae Kyung or was at least jealous because she could see Da On getting close to Tae Kyung so this will make things even worse. I hope we do get a happy ending and i'm sure we will at least for some. But i can't help myself but to ship Tae Kyung with Shin Woo i know the way Shin Woo has been treating him but i also know why. He clearly likes Tae Kyung but is scared so tries to push him away from him by being mean. Shin Woo is already being bullied for this secret i can't help but feel sorry for him and want him to stop being scared and accept himself and find happiness. But i wish happiness for Da On as well. Just have to wait and see what happens.
Do you ever feel like flying to Thailand, slapping everyone, and taking over all the production companies? What's…
It's not just the production companies though the author of the novel was a big part of the issue. They refused to allow any changes to be made, wanted it made word for word each scene exactly as written in the novel even the extremely toxic parts. The production company just wanted to make the very toxic parts less toxic and the author wouldn't agree and even said they would cancel it instead of making any changes. That's a little bit too much they should expect some changes to be made for it to air on tv. Add that in with the funding issues and it became this big mess and the writers quit. Thankfully they came to some kind of understanding and worked out some of the issues and the writers have agreed to continue working on it. But now there is a rumor that some of the cast may be changed. They said they would try their best to keep the cast the same but no guarantees. And no guarantees on when it will be released now.
Well honey, if you are rude, mean and ignore someone..ofc he will go towards the nice person.NSW is handsome,…
But there is a reason Shin Woo is like that and it's fear he clearly likes Tae Kyung but doesn't want anyone to know. So he treats Tae Kyung that way to try to keep a distance between them so no one finds out the truth. But after Tae Kyung helped him he started wanting to open up to Tae Kyung but then to see Tae Kyung with Da On like that he would be jealous or sad. He just has to get over his fear and be honest. Da On is too much of a people pleaser which puts me off. Yes he is nice to everyone and never says no to anyone about anything which could be a problem and even Tae Kyung knows that. Da On said he is that way because he doesn't want to hurt people's feelings but just agreeing to everything and not being honest could hurt people more. For example those 2 girls he gave his number to they both liked him but he admitted that he didn't like them but him giving them his number would make them think he does so how would they not get hurt when they found out he didn't. And telling So Hee to wait for him in the room and he would meet her but then leaving with Tae Kyung instead wouldn't that hurt her. He's nice to Tae Kyung but is it because he really likes him or just because he is a people pleaser and doesn't want to hurt his feelings. We already know he was nice to those girls but doesn't like them and the same with So Hee and being that way could give the wrong impression that he does like them. Or could make someone wonder if he likes them at all or is just being nice because he is a people pleaser. But i'm sure as straightforward as Tae Kyung is he will ask straight out if he has any doubts about Da On's actions just as he has asked Shin Woo about his.
The reason Jin Yu Zhen was upset was because it wasn't just a rule for people who work together. It is called…
You're welcome!! It's easy to miss things sometimes or not understand. I had to watch a couple of times myself because i was confused about it at first too. But i don't want to see them fight for Jin Yu Zhen not really because if he hurt Jin Yu Zhen in the past he doesn't have the right to come back and try to fight for him although that may be what happens but i'm sure Shi Lei will win.
EP 9: https://koreandrama.es/watch-asian-drama-online-be-loved-in-house-i-do-2021/ep-9-sv1.htmlOk, I don't have…
The reason Jin Yu Zhen was upset was because it wasn't just a rule for people who work together. It is called a singlehood rule and he announced in the very first episode that none of his employees were allowed to have any relationships at all while working for the company. They were only supposed to focus on their jobs. It was also mentioned in another episode when Shi Lei's mom asked him how come he wasn't dating and Shi Lei told Jin Yu Zhen that if he told his mom it was because Jin Yu Zhen wouldn't allow him to date or he would lose his job that his mom would hate Jin Yu Zhen. The singlehood rule is the whole reason that Wu Si Qi and Yan Zhao Gang were hiding their relationship in the first place. And also why Si Qi was going to resign because according to the rule anyone who had a relationship would be fired or have to resign. So Si Qi probably thought he would be fired anyways so decided to resign. But Jin Yu Zhen went against his own rule and let Si Qi keep his job and he did that because of Shi Lei. But he told them not to let anyone else know about it. And he was upset with Shi Lei because Shi Lei is like the assistant manager of the company next in charge after Jin Yu Zhen. But Jin Yu Zhen found out that Shi Lei had known about Wu Si Qi and Yan Zhao Gang's relationship and had been hiding it but with him being a manager he is supposed to help enforce the rules. And as far as the ex it's obvious that he hurt Jin Yu Zhen i'm pretty sure he is the reason Jin Yu Zhen made the singlehood rule in the first place. My guess is the ex is somehow related to that scar that Jin Yu Zhen has. Maybe we will find out next episode what happened with the ex. I just know he needs to get lost so Jin Yu Zhen and Shi Lei can be together Shi Lei is the one that will help Jin Yu Zhen get over what happened in his past and get rid of the singlehood rule.
