Nick is down bad and potentially too far gone to turn back I mean he is already bugging cars and they aren't even together. Sand can still get himself out before he is down bad although it looks like the process has started smh until next Saturday *sips tea** and the tea is HOT

Yes I noticed that as well, I was kinda happy thinking they would just cut out the foreign master all together but I see they worked it in like he lives at the home of Khun Yai and is married to Khun Yai's sister (Jom's sister in present day) Now I am curious to see what they do with the rest of the story because it's not like he will get kicked out and end up at Khun Yai's home since he is already there lol so maybe they skip the pig racing all together and also skip part 2 we shall see..

Also XY kinda upset me when she decided not to stay with her master to get her spirit power back (even though she mentioned not wanting to be there or something like that). Sure she just reunited with her brother but I think she should have focused on being able to stand on her own instead of leaning on all these men. And yes she was helpful in ways to CX but I wanted her to be able to protect herself more (much like how she was with the archery later on/poison) with her spirit power that she had before losing everyone and maybe the assassination would have never happened. Just my thoughts....
I Finally finished this and I must admit I started for Yang Zi (love her) but ended up staying because this is one of those dramas that provoked so much thought for me and not many dramas do that for me. It was frustrating at times because all of the characters at one point or another act foolishly but it kept my attention. I still stand by my earlier comment when I first started watching that none of her options are the best for her. I really want her to meet someone else but I think here the takeaway is no one is perfect, everyone has flaws and there is someone out there who will accept those flaws. Where one person lacks in one area another person makes up for it. All she really wants is someone who is loyal to her and will not abandon her like everyone has at some point in her life.
I could go into each of them individually but I will not. Anyway I can't wait to see how part 2 unfolds even though I know already from reading the comments here LOL (I can't resist the "spoiler" tags and now my heart will hurt part 2 I know it *sighhh*). Here's to waiting until who knows when for the next 21 episodes!

It is too soon to determine that for me so I will keep watching. I appreciate your perspective/ opinion. I will continue to see if/when my perspective changes. I do like the show so far I just at this point don't know if I like any of her love interests yet.

I would have to agree with @Ashu here but everyone can have their own opinion (of course). However, for me there is no way I am seeing you as a lover (it does not matter that they did not know her identity at that point imo) after you have abused me like dream on..I am still going to watch though (it is a drama after all lol)

I just started watching this (I waited until it was finished) and this Xiang Liu right from the start it's an immediate no for me (him being with XY). Like I can't possibly imagine how he becomes one of her love interests. Let me see how he progresses during the story maybe he gets better.
