Title Regeneration Spoiler
This detail interested me so much, I found a commentary by the director Ao Shen here; https://dramapanda.com/2024/05/regeneration-criticized-ending-strong-start-director-perspective.htmlIt…
Thank you so much! Now everything makes perfect sense. As a result, no one actually knows what happened in reality. I really liked the way they made us believe that He Shan's narrative as the real version of the story, but it turns out that she also hided or kept some part of the real story to herself and didn't tell everything. However, now there are two possibilities; either Fei Ke really died while saving He Shan, and the scene in graveyard is real, or he lives just like shown in the last scene of the trailer. Hoping for the latter :D

In the trailer posted by Youku on YouTube, at 0:16, there is a scene in graveyard. I don't think that scene exists in the series, please correct me if I am wrong. If so, what was the purpose of that scene?

It was kind of unrealistic for the second couple to be together while having completely polar personalities and the first couple being separate just by having different opinions on one single issue.

Lol, people keep giving too much credit/blame to Ahn Pan Seok for things that have nothing to do with him. The…
Oh, I'm totally sorry, I have no idea why I wrote the screenwriter but I meant the director from the beginning. The main thing I wanted to say was about the way how all three dramas I have seen so far; this, one spring night, and something in the rain are repetitive whether it is the characters, relationships or the overall plot. For sure, the director seems to have a preference, but personally I think because of this the whole drama becomes more predictable and boring.

When it comes to the kneeling scene, I have watched a number of melodramas but it was my first time encountering such scene in SITR, second in OSN. So I really do not find it that frequently used.

I looked at the other works of this writer. One thing I can say is that she follows literally the same style with just different characters. Very into relationships which are not accepted by society, younger man and older woman, man chasing the woman. And I don't know how many times more she is going to use that scene in which the daughter or son is kneeling down in front of their parents trying to make them understand their love towards the other. I hope at least there won't be such thing in this drama.

The kiss scene was not convincing at all. Okay, the guy is in love, it's obvious. But the woman seems a bit confused about her feelings. She didn't respond while kissing and didn't close her eyes. It was almost like he was kissing her by force. I wish there could be another scene, kinda prep for the kiss scene where she also showed willingness to show her true emotions.

Title 13
Nah, once you watch 5 Korean dramas it's like you watched all of them, almost always similar safe linear plot…
As I mentioned in my comment, the plot/story was very good. But because of weak acting of Japanese actors I just couldn't get into the mood of the drama. For example, the scene where she starts eating the cake with her hand was such a sad scene, but very poorly made.
Korean people are very good at acting, especially in drama genre. They can portray such characters very well. I guess you didn't get what I meant in my comment.
