i am so confused, what did the guys do wrong? why is she on a revenge killing spree?
They cause something like a traffic jam while the ambulance was trying to get through, and as for the hospital director and his family the hospital was full and there was a room reserved for her mom but the hospital director used his connections to change the arrangement so that his son can use the reserved room, causing her mom to have to go to a hospital further away.
