LWJ is trying to tell WWX that cultivating on the demonic path is not right and there will be consequences, but WWX argues that he knows what he’s doing and that LWJ should leave and mind his own business.

That’s what it seems to be so far. Flashbacks. I don’t really mind it that much. It’s really interesting. Im currently reading the novel too just to see the difference

I thought they were only on episode 16? In the end it will have about 50 episodes, so I think they are trying…
They are doing amazing. I love the drama. I don’t mind the back story, it’s very interesting, but I really want to see how LWJ react starts to actually confirming WWX is still alive. Nonetheless, the back story is amazing.

That is so true. But I feel like at least my parents don’t do it intentionally. It’s so deeply rooted in them to be like that. But my parents favor my brothers so much more than me. She would make me do all the house chores like wiping floors, cleaning rooms, and such and my brothers would do nothing. They give the most expensive food to my brothers and I usually get like the leftovers and the stuff that aren’t as great for you.

It went from 1 to 100 real quick. The scene where Shao Peng Cheng gave Zhen Zhen the umbrella and left - really got me there. The whole thing with the head manager and her family is crazy. But I see how it makes sense. Growing up in an Asian culture- parents are like that. At least mine are. Anyways, I hope Zhen Zhen finally sees Peng Cheng as the one she loves and they get together. :))))
