Can you black people stop playing the eternal victims for one second ? His first character (the countryside bumbkin)…
I'm sorry but white people DO actually get killed everyday for being white. White cops get attacked daily by black neighborhoods, white children get bullied relentlessly, I myself got attacked a few times by black people, not to mention churches deteriorated or burnt on the daily; I'd recommend not diminishing other people's suffering to bring awareness on your own, that's not cool. I have no intellectual issue, I can see that you're in that BLM victim mentality and think that black people are universal victims and others are not, but shit happens on both sides and we should respect that. As for the doctor thing, I live in a very multicultural country and have never come across a black doctor, I can't imagine how many there are in more racially homogenous countries, so expecting a korean drama to create original and unique background characters that don't even exist in reality is delusionnal imo (99% of foreigners are always portrayed veeery clumsily and I don't see anybody take offense).
okay.. but did you know that dreadlocks actually come from greece?
From the way you spoke about the issue, you gave me the (rightful) impression that you're from a place where specific stuff has happened, I'm not suprised by your answer. It is not that I'm not trying to understand, I'm just trying to explain that people from diffent cultures can have different perspectives on things and there isn't ONE interpretation but plenty. I can understand that this situation upset you given your background, but you also have to understand that most didn't and a show won't be cancelled to suit your feelings, especially when the said show doesn't target you as the main audience AND doesn't even air in your country. You must be incredibly optimistic to think that you could watch any show from anywhere in the world and never feel offended by anything.

People pick stereotypes that exist, they don't make them up, portraying blacks in indian or russian attire wouldn't make sense ! You seem to be from the US, just note that the rest of the world only has access to black people through the TV screen, how is it their fault if they think all the blacks look like this mess when the only ones they see actually look like it ? You guys are trying to bring politics into something that is irrelevant
Can you explain what is theproblem?I didn't watched the shw
Oh come on, this show is a cringe fest, just admit it ! That wavy haired shoe licking teacher, the maid obsessed with her boss who tweaks the family pictures, the mom who karate high kicks the school director, the one who can't sing anymore because she got a scratch on her neck, and the list goes on ... Cliché is an understatement here
Stop trying to impose your so-called moral superiority onto other countries, that's actually racist.
Although cinema has become mass consumption, it is still an art, and I think it's wrong to want to police it in order to please the crowds. If "offensive" stuff never made it to the public, nothing would ever be challenged and discussed. This new form of puritanism is really worying for freedom of speech.

I got it, black stuff should only be associated with positive stuff, else it's racist. While associating white people and asians with negative stuff is fine. Well noted. Actually not.

It is exactly the same. The only reason why you can't see it is because you're biased and think that the whole world should be viewed and analysed according to YOUR own values and judgement and because you obviously think that there is a hierarchy in the sufferings of people. Just because you don't know korean culture doesn't mean that it never happened.
How many white thugs do you know tho ? Where I live, black people make 85% of the prisoners, even worse in the…
The reason why black people are more policed is because they have higher criminal behaviour. Actually, this isn't even the case everywhere, where I live, the blacks get preferential treatment and even then, they fill the prisons.
This is why USA needs to be isolated from the rest of world. They only see their perspective and think the world…
I totally agree with your comment. They have to stop with their "black superiority" and forcefully "educating" others about their stuff. The USA doesn't have moral highground and any country is allowed to have another perspective on things !
You should really shut your mouth if you can't understand the seriousness of issue. First educate yourself. Then…
How is that relevant with education tho ? Stop calling people who don't follow your agenda uneducated. In fact, it's mostly uneducated people who believe in this sjw bullshit.
A show that has a huge global audience but they did not bother to educate themselves on global issues such as…
Stop using the word "educate" when this has nothing to do with education. Forcing people to feel offended at stuff that doesn't offend them is completely unrelated to education, that's at best brain-whashing
