I don't think this is a remake... The working title was "Accounting firm" and this story takes place in one of the biggest accounting firms in Korea. It's not a crime drama like the US series. More like a drama about ethics and corruption in workplace, I think.

This drama is easily on my top 3 dramas in 2022. Sadly it is soooo underrated. GI speaker is the best invention in kdrama history! A must have item for fantasy dramas!
