She did in fact die from excessive bleeding after giving birth however, the “why” regarding her not telling Jin woo I have no clue. Maybe she doesn’t want him to feel guilty about Ha Eu’s death? Maybe he might have felt guilty for getting her pregnant and her dying after having the baby all while he wasn’t present.
