but isn't he a nepobaby now? or sugarbaby.
"nepobaby" as in nepotism baby literally means that you have influent parents in the industry you work in, that's a very specific word girly

you can't become a nepobaby from your rich bf, sugarbaby sure, but the power unbalance is crazy and that's what we saw this ep...

I'm really curious about why Nine is so set on success as he is, but fighting against nepo babies is tough like he knows he's the liability when the rest of them will still stand even if a scandal spreads... he honestly broke my heart in the ep :'( it does not excuse his actions but i really want the full picture.

JinPod are actually adorable, and the whole plot is interesting but the pacing and jumps from scenes to scenes with no clear timeline are losing me a little bit...

Title Your Third
While I get the points of some of you criticizing acting and the whole plot, I think it's just that not everything is meant for you and I mean this in peace like that's not your preference and that's totally okay.
However from the point of view of a absurdist comedy lover the cast is doing a great job to play their part in this witty silly story and there's level of understanding into their characters to appreciate their weird acting. Like Jam is always trying to put on a brave face and keeping secrets out of duty, but his expressions are absolutely not capable of following his lies. Sarm is known to be extra over the top in everything he does, clowning himself out of anxiety to be forgettable among his siblings, he plans his every move, his every repartee to look cool and fun even when he feels pathetic. So we have an overachiever vs an overperformer and a romance blooming on their insecurties as they are first incompatible but still drawn to each other...
For some I may read too much into it, but I think some peeps on here who also appreciate the show will understand my point of view ! :)

Title Your Third
I've been rewatching some bits of the other episodes and this is really my jam (haha) of comedy, like the situations and the timing being always a little off and repeating, both the silences and sound effects are entirely part of the writing and making it crispy, the characters are unhinged in the best of ways and the cast is doing a great job being extra expressive to commit to the playful vibe... to me it feels like my fave comedy anime from my childhood really my kind of absurd goofy comedy that I'll definitely come back to <3

Title Your Third
can somebody explain what jam meant by sarm being his third?
Sarm's nickname means 3 in thai and Jam was saying that even if he wasn't his first love nor the second, he'll forever be his third and his Sarm

Title Mr.Kill Spoiler
here to tank on the drama from last week, but here's an idea when something or someone in a story don't convice…
we know that phat and praew's father was directly responsible for a huge corruption scandal, in episode 2 praew is seen visibly shaken by prim recognizing her surname, and in ep 3 phat is trying to keep face in front of his "uncle" when he says "i know what people think of me". there are a lot of victims in the case of their father's corruption, but both of them also lost their parents and family structure in the aftermath as well. the siblings are visibly depressed, phat is apathetic yet like praew also proactive, trying to prove themselves but they are masking a lot. masking is something kaye has trouble doing as shown from episode 1, he is deeply emotional and hurt but also tries to save face just like phat. i'm really curious how their dynamic will evolve in the next episodes. they both have a soft, vulnerable side and phat showing consideration towards kaye in the post episodes scenes let us think that he relates to him to some extent. meanwhile praew is digging info directly from her brother who can't seem to say no to her... there's a lot of interesting details going on that makes the story's foundation pretty great!

After watching 2eps it's really not hard to understand why Tee has never been cast as any important support roles.…
your comment is so mean, he's just some guy 😂(but okay i had a good laugh) i won't defend him or anything but i've seen worse actors than him in gmmtv and time will tell if he can handle more main roles and if he gets better thanks to other actors/friends ; saying this with a grain of salt of course, but entertainment actors (from all around the world tbh) are often signed outside of pure acting talent, but i think that lets some of them a good span to evolve. i was a teen who started watching j-drama back in 2008-10 and i've seen my share of casts given opportunities bc of connections or visuals, and for some of them, it worked out well! a friend (like Dew) or a director/staff can influence a rookie "bad" actor big way i believe... for this show, the plot is enticing and i'd like to see how it goes for them.
