I hope it will be available for North American audiences. I've been waiting for Big Mouth which is a disney+ series…
"Big Mouth" is available on Hulu (which is a property of Disney) in the USA. Don't recall the source, but I read that Korean content (produced by or licensed to Disney) that is geared for adult audiences will most likely appear on Hulu instead of Disney+. So, I'm assuming that "The Worst Evil" will also 'land' on Hulu.
"Rookie Cops" is also coming to Hulu and "May It Please the Court" is now available on Hulu.
"In the Soop: Friendcation" coming to Disney+ (USA) on October 17, 2022.
Thank you! I loved reading the article! Do you perhaps have any idea on what date of October is it airing?
You're welcome. I've always loved reading Dramabeans. According to the information on this YT teaser the series only says it premieres in October. https://youtu.be/dnCrQf1V_d0
On Disneyplus Official Instagram the site announced "Friendcation: In the Soop" would be available in the USA beginning October 19. https://www.instagram.com/p/CjDUhezs3QJ/
Hopefully you live in a country that wills till show it if you get Disney+ Here in the US the only Korean Drama…
That's true about the deal between KOCOWA and Viki from 2017 forward. However, in 2022 some of the major networks series were licensed elsewhere and neither KOCOWA nor Viki could license them. Disney+ got these. Also some cable network shows I didn't include. "Bloody Heart" , "Crazy Love" (KBS), "Doctor Lawyer", "Golden Spoon" (MBC), "Thousand Won Lawyer" (SBS).
The only reason I can think of about Disney+ not being global is that they are 'testing the waters'. Also, Disney (like some of Netflix series) is working directly with production companies and bypassing broadcasters (KBS, MBC, SBS, and the cable networks). Two upcoming shows "Casino" (Arc Media production company, etc) and "Connect" (Studio Dragon production company) are examples. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casino_(South_Korean_TV_series) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connect_(TV_series)
All that to say, it's getting more expensive to watch Korean dramas.

That's a matter of opinion and it depends on what is available in your region. Some legal sites are VIU, KOCOWA, iQIYI, WeTV, OnDemand Korea as well as Disney+ and Hulu. There may be more legal sites that I am unaware of. Also, Amazon's Prime Video has a selection of Asian dramas too.
