If you look on the channel page you can read that the channel manager (CM) is still recruiting the volunteer team. It shows one Chinese to English sub-titler. So, in answer to your question, yes I anticipate they will sub it.
I haven't checked today but the drama still doesn't have a broadcast date confirmed.

Me too. The Dad's character is pretty typical for a character in a weekend drama. Kim Gab-soo is doing an amazing job of being flat-out obnoxious. Let's see how many episodes it takes before he redeems himself, if he does, lol.
