Yes, I agree. But there must be some agreement between Hulu (which is partly owned by Disney) and Viki. I subscribe to both Viki (USA) and Hulu (USA) and have seen dramas available on both sites (in my region).

Yep. Starts off with Lee Jae-wook on a train and arriving in a small town called Maju City . There he finds a house to live in claiming it belonged to his mother. He's talking to a man/character (played by actor Woo Hyun) and making arrangements to move into the dwelling.

Oddly enough, tonight (Feb 13) I found the first episode on Hulu (USA). And I'm not kidding.
