Ack I made a mistake... I watched this even tho the subs aren't fully released T-T
Really thankful to the fansubbers tho ♡ I was able to understand most of the plot and got so intrigued, I ended up watching the rest of the episodes raw lmao... actually I started manually machine translating the subtitles from ep 21 onwards but gave up til ep 25 (did it again on the ending tho :)
That aside, I can't choose the right words to describe this drama... Mostly because I didn't understand most of the dialogues 🤣 but everyone's acting was really engaging (really good casting). I can't even remember how many times I cried throughout 42 episodes. I was gonna hate on this so bad when I thought ****** tragically died on the battlefield but since that wasn't the case I'd rate this 9.5/10.
it's happy... someone translated the leaked ending script on tbw part 2 mdl page... and if you think about it, the translation makes sense (it also explains raised questions about the ending sequence)
and just to be sure, I went ahead and read the novel conclusion lmao... the drama followed the ending pretty closely (even though they chaged one major part), so yes we have a ♡happy ending♡
How many times is sis gonna be frame? Because she's looking a tad incompetent at her job atm. I swear Thai lakorns…
this was adapted from Mainland China's The Fox's Summer... and as someone who has watched the original, this lakorn just followed her character setup... so it's not really the Thai writers to blame lol
The secondary couple is literally out of place, like I don't see their importance in the plot... always skipped their scenes and it doesn't feel like I missed something T-T
Anyways, I'm liking this so far. I was kinda lost at first. I thought it was very slow but I'm liking how their relationship has evolved until ep 5. I love how they encourage each other and how they're becoming comfortable of the other's presence. Looking forward to ep 6 Gu Wei and Lin Zhi Xiao <3
Personal Notes: It doesn't have a heavy medical aspect... It mainly revolves around our MCs relationship as doctor-and-patient's family, their relationship, their careers, the ML's past, and the FL's family.
I've been watching BL movies and dramas for more than 3 years now and I don't know why I only found out about this just now... I finished this in just one sit and I'm regretting why I missed this masterpiece for two years. Because of watching this, I'm motivated to give Korean BL dramas another chance because this just showed me that everything doesn't end in tragedy. I love this very much; the story, the characters, the acting, etc. I wish it will actually be extended and I also wish LTNS finally get the recognition it needs. Sending love to those behind this <3
I think it was implied that they'll end up together

Lu Xun's confession is so smooth ♡
