This isn't going to be detailed, but in brief, Shen Yi En first meets this Lu Zhun in France where they make a business deal/exchange for their own businesses, meet again in China where Lu Zhun starts his own label called Lazy which is a competitor of Shen Yi En and Qin Ye's Ellasay (not sure if that's spelled correctly). Lu Zhun has an unknown background and financial backer, but he is like a wolf dressed like a sheep. He becomes their business partner/collaborator as they take down She'N (another business by Peter Sun) and other drama happens.
Up until ep 36, they don't know Lu Zhun's true identity but we do suspect he is Qi Lei because he has many similarities to him. At the end of ep 36, Yi En has begun to suspect that too, but it stops with Lu Zhun's fiance's arrival. Anyway, Lu Zhun is working with Mo Xu to get revenge for Qi Lei because they believe his accident was caused by Shen Yi En and Qin Ye but Lu Zhun is slowly starting to think otherwise. Their current goal is to buy out the shares for Ellasay to take it away from Yi En. Mo Xu has been sending strange text messages to Yi En to try to guilt trip her? It does affect her emotional stability though. Also, it is revealed Qi Lei misunderstood that Yi En slept with Qin Ye in France before he had his car accident. We find out Qin Ye actually slept with Yi En's assistant, Celine, because he was drugged. Qin Ye also leaves Ellasay and starts his own brand called YE and works with Celine, who quits to help him, and Peter Sun, who's own company She'N is bought out.
Long story short, a lot has happened, but it hasn't felt draggy, just over dramatic? And some parts felt off like the writing didn't make sense.
