I hope someday you give the chinese version a chance. Its a whole experience. I still don't think Korea will be…
Yes, I heard they will change the perspective and thats why I'm kind of worried about how this will affect the story. For me, everything in this version is perfect. But as you said, its truth that some korean versions are better than originals. About the first few episodes, it's really a bit confusing, but with each episode everything falls into place, and the result is brilliant. That's why I loved this drama so much. The only bad thing I have to say about it is just that sometimes the pace of the drama is very slow.
I hate to start watching dramas that are still airing, but it's been a while since I've watched any sageuk and everyone's been talking so highly of it that I think I'll start watching it anyway. wish me luck.
thanks for the excellent article! I'm an avid fan of strangers from hell. it's a drama that when I watched it left a huge impression on me. about ki hyuk, i thought it was just me who had a big interest in him. of all the characters, he was the one that intrigued me the most. he was really really creepy. after his death I kept thinking about him and I really wish he had appeared more often. I found myself wondering how the story would unfold if he were still alive. he and seok yun are my favorite characters in the drama. I confess I didn't notice many of the details you mentioned in the article, I think I'll watch it again. and yes, I also think that ki hyuk is the big bad.
Oh FFS, Get real. Maybe you need to educate yourself on your entire existence. Ask yourself why you're here...…
yes, it's not my story. but from the story of my country, I am able enough to understand why they are so angry. and I'm not interfering, I haven't signed any petitions, I'm just telling you to have a little sense and stop thinking that the world revolves around your kdrama/kpop universe. Respect the pain of the others and thats it.
These victims have a mouth. They can talk for themselves. They don't need useless SJWs to talk for them.
great, and I hope the victims win the process. the point is that this does not give international fans the right to belittle Koreans' protest against the drama, much less belittle the weight that this historical fact has just because they want to watch a drama. it's just ridiculous that they want their viewer-only opinion to be above the opinion of more than 200,000 offended KOREAN people who signed a petition. Its not their story, so they should shut up.
please, educate yourselves about SK's history before talking shit. this drama doesn't offend you, right? but it's offensive to the victims who lived at that time, who experienced the incidents. so the least you can do is respect and stay neutral. it's not your story, don't interfere.
