This is because MM is not meant to be a sequel to ALP in the first place. MM was produced under a different platform, the cast were different too. They had to change even the name of the characters to avoid plagarism and copyright issues. It was never meant to continue ALP, it is seperate. I even watch MM without watching ALP but still understood the story and cdrama never follow the novel 100% accurately, it's normal to have changes.

Idk too it is just here and first time I see someone saying MM scriptwriter is lazy 😅 but don't worry majority of lurong loved MM!!

Right MM was good so idk why they say it isn't. I am Bai Lu fan too but I enjoyed MM 😊! Majority of Bai Lu fans love MM even on X many talked about it. It's just here that is different.

wdym? MM was good Bai Lu character as Bai Shuo was admirable. I loved this character of her more than her character in TTEOTM because in MM her character shined. I personally loved MM I found no problem with the screenwriter, it's a good storyline and they tried to atleast bring something new to xianxia so I even gave it 10/10. I don't think it's lazy writing maybe just not your taste.

I don't understand too why these people complain so much. It's not a big deal, if they have no interest in watching this one they could easily focus on another drama they prefer, no need to act shady nobody forced them to watch this. Bai Lu is only doing her work as an actress each of her work are different from another, the trailer and synopsis of each her 3 xianxia are all different from each other, at this point it's like they are saying any drama she stars in that wears traditional chinese costumes equates to them being all the same lol

This was so much better than the previous series, hopefully the next one will be as promising. The ending tore me apart overall this is solid 8/10.
