sure, here are the steps:
1. Click on the episodes that aired
2. Click on the stars then wait for the "write review" to pop-out
3. When "write review" appears, click on the stars again to rate
4. (optional) write your review
5. click submit

sadly that is the current case, it's also quite suspicious how current number of raters are increasing but there is no improvement in ratings.

It's 8.4 for now but it might go down later, if you check ratings for episodes, the stable episodes that got 9 suddenly are going down now because of downvoting.

yeah that could be the case too and I hope it is because in most cases they released express packages only when there are 4 episodes left.

there's no gaurantee yet, the latest update of schedule shows there will be no ep released on those dates, unless they decide to change schedule again.

Both CPs of the drama are in top 10 on weibo popular CPs, Bai Shuo x Fan Yue cp ranked no. 8 and for Chong Zhao x Fu Ling no.10 based on number of fans but ranking changes whenever heat index increases so far this is the latest and current ranking.
