Were the actual masterminds gangsters? No clarity provided, cult hired gangsters, or are they running the cult? Was the priest at the end culling the cult or fighting the gangsters?

The movie wasn't even trying to provide any real backstory explanation. Even though what was supposed to be the heaviest scene at the end, the acting was very casual. Felt like a grade B movie.

Finally, a movie where the plot moves because the villains are actually good at their jobs, not because the main characters are incompetent. It’s incredibly refreshing.

I watched it in India on the 1st day of its release in the theater. There was 1 more person other than me in the whole theater. The movie was very slow-paced and more dialogue-based. Most of the movie happens with 2 people conversing, which I found to be not boring at all, and I was immersed in their dialogue when the story took different turns. I kind of predicted the victim, but did not see the plot twist coming.

The plot didn't make sense at many points in the story. It was nonsensical, to be honest. Not even a Coherent story

it feels liek a d grade movie I cant believe thghis with such famous cast on top of that but I'm watching cause it involves fictional devils and angels.

There was no weapon The premise was dumb, the end goal was a mirror? really? All that killing over a mirror?

i feel like it lacked that spice. story felt a bit lacking and the book author almost seemed irrelevant. not even sure why he was included and why was he like a psychiatrist giving her therapy ?? made no sense

happy ending and even good result in the other world scenario
