My first time watching Chen Xiao, and I like him alot. Agreed with you about YY. He is like Tom Cruise of China, who always is being himself in all movies, never got into all characters. YY is self-aware of his goodlooking all the time by looking at his postures in WRTW. I watched WRTW , and got distracted by ZLuSi 's eyebrows . She could be more beautiful. Like a dream of splendor way more.

I love when CSS simply told YS to marry He Zhao Jun instead and he was mad and kicked her out of his car LOL. Together they are more interesting than CSS and LBY

EVER Night is a good one . I just started . Impressed with the ML acting. He is better than many young good-looking, bad-acting actors.

Becuase he knows that she is as equally smart and cunning as him. When she is with him, she has to be the best of her and she enjoys talking to him too.

CSS is being more of herself when she is with Yuan Shen than with the other two men . Her dynamic with YS is more interesting

OOh you have not seen much of romance scenes yet. They got very sweet . For the mishap, yes there was, and emotions got them both . But her maturity resolved it.

The screenplay of this drama is better than many recent CDramas. The actings were more smooth and natural. The dialogs were more realistic. People lives, especially women, are everyday struggles, back then and now. There were lots of comic and cute scenes throughout.

ZhaoLusi is very cute in this drama , and I hope she had a better chemistry with WuLei than with YangYang in WRTW.
But why WuLei looks so old here ???. He is only 22 !!!. Or his character made him old!!

And this capital is Kai Feng. The Kai Feng court was always his court.
I don't remember much about MingLan story.
If he was a Justice Bao then in MHL, Pan'er would never got beaten.

After rewatch the last episode, I just realized that Balck face Justice Bao has appeared ..LOL . He was the kid who suggested Pan"er to go to beat the drum of the royal Court. Loved this small plot. I was a fan of his and his bodyguard.

Really like this drama. But from day one to the end , Gu Qianfan has not drunk any tea Pan'er made. He got interrupted every time. He has tasted her tears though :)

Maybe I do that too. I am rooting for San Niang

Just saw Avenue X explained about Song Dynasty -Capital cities on a map, Tea making and PiPa types. Appreciate this drama even more.
I am watching free version upto Eps16 , not reading any spoilers or any preview clips . Want to going in blind, it is more fun.

Me too fisrt time watching him. He is very handsome and charismatic and pretty good at acting.

Loved the conversations between Sunniang and Pan er in Eps 15, especially when Pan er apologized to her friend.

Yes, I saw a clip of her taking lessons.

I did not like WRTW much. Yang Yang 's acting was not good. Why ZhaoLuSi eyebrows looked so weird? She could be more beautiful. And the Chemistry between them were okay. Not feel much of sweetness. And the last two episodes were lame, nothing special.

I like both opening and ending songs.

But I want they to find a way to get married without her status change . It would be too cliche'. and lame. I want a surprise!!!

I love the OST sung by Liu Yu Ning and Jane Zhang . Like LiuYu Ning on Heroes too
